You should always enable a trusted and strong VPN before connecting into Public WiFi hackers who manage to do this surely knows how to cover their fingerprint so tracking it back would be hard takes time and skills eventually its gone just take it as an expensive lesson and store your funds in a Hardware wallet.

Most likely it happened, because public WiFi is like a public toilet. it is very easy to see vu information about the connected people and what data packets they are transmitting. I'm very sorry that it happened.

This is why we need to be vigillant especially when connecting into a public wifi,or you might be a victim pf phishing scam.If you're hardwallet were compromised this is unacceptable,im sure your device were affected by some virus or malwares,because this is impossible when your computer has a working anti-virus it could be prevented if you have a good security,eitherway you are already hacked and you wont recover it for sure,i hope you learned your lessons.
No one secure in Crypto. 2FA also fail sometimes. Accessing wallet & trading from Android is risky. Windows is far better from security. I know all this words it's useless now for me. But I can realize your situation. I have also faced this kind of situation. 
This is a situation we all can face sometimes because no matter what you do ,safety and protection never seem enough in crypto . That freaks me out know.

did you figure out how your wallet was hacked?
I believe it has something to do with a note sharing app that I was using. Someone else lost about $300k using a similar hosted notepad few days apart from my hack.

Oh my God! Such money! I'm so sorry that this was happened to you! I was specifically looking for the ways to help you. But, it seems that there are no legal norms or special tools to solve this problem.. There are only white hackers, maybe they can help. Good luck to you! And all the best in the new year!
Oh no this is really sad, losing such amount to a hacker who does not know what it take to work out money. Everyone of us in this crypto business really have to increase of our level of security to our wallets. Because is sad to loose hard earn money just like that.
so sad to know that, for me that's one of the disadvantage like this that any one can hack our account. We do our best to get money but there's a lot of people's that doing a bad thing to get what we worked hard.
Aw, im sorry for your loss mate. You should put a 2fa on your mobile/desktop wallet. I think you've connected toa malicious wifi. You need to be extra careful next time if you're connecting to a public wifi. Don't put important details.
