I also think it's a little bit of people playing more when the stakes are low. Now that the popular ones have pretty high stakes (~1BTC) people are probably unlikely to play until it resets. Especially with the rapidly increasing prices. I played the orb and I know I'm gonna hold off on these until it resets.

to me it seems like the bitbears.com resets much faster than 2 days as stated in the FAQ. Anyone else noticed that ?
