Take the number or tickets and throw it into it. (1-XXX)
And what ever ticket number comes up is the winner. I will screenshot it with the time in the picture.

I suggest explaining in more detail how you are going to use random.org. There are multiple ways for tampering otherwise.
In special, are you using its third-party draw service ? I would guess not, as that requires entering the emails of the participants. But if you are, please make it clear.

There will be a limit of 99 tickets sold and the roll will be performed on Just-dice.com!
I will randomize the seed 3 times and then roll. Whattever number comes up in the first 2 numbers (XX.xx.xx where big XX is ticket number) will be chosen the winner!
If not all 99 tickets are sold I will reroll until a bought ticket number comes up! Initially I was going to buy all remaining tickets but winning your own lotto is a huge conflict of interest, and the fallout from last week still lingers.. -_-
Tickets for this lotto can be purchased for 0.01BTC and the odds of winning and jackpot amount will be varied on the amount of people entered in the weeks draw.
Each ticket purchased will be given a number corresponding to the order they were sold in(If you purchase 3 tickets for 0.03BTC you would get tickets #1, #2 and #3 or alternatively #34, #35 and #36 if the numbers have already been bought).
Every Friday around 6PM Central Time I will be randomly picking a number via a roll that just-dice.com RNG will provide!
The jackpot winner will receive 95% of the total jackpot that week and the lotto will retain 1% to be used to pay TX fees / run the lotto and help fund the free monthly lotto featured on the site held on the 15th of every month!
