Good luck. You're asking for trouble giving loans up to 1.5 btc without collateral. Higher ranks will scam for less than that and ditch their account.
I am offering short term loans up to 1.5btc with no collateral and term is up to only 3 weeks. Loan approvals are on a case by case basis. Rank doesn't matter; however, please be adviced that you are more than likely not going to be approved if you're a newbie.
