does anybody know where the linux GUI wallet saves the wallet.dat? or what i have to backup. because now the wallet i crashing an i am just using ubuntu in VM.

how to create a wallet on windows???
go to: https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
then download a ubuntu .iso and after 5 minutes you have a running linux and after that a GUI wallet.
Technically there is if you know how to build it, which I don't.
