there is an 83 page thread that discusses this over and over. In North America you can use any power supply cord and plug it right into your normal household 110 volt plug
Going rate should be approximately BTC1.6 BTC which includes a CX750 to overclock Antminer Units to an easy 200-205 GH/s
Maybe 1.7 if you want to stretch that it gets 220 GH consistently with little hw errors.
