I disagree with u . Every business needs money. There are so many costs involved. And when they would have already sold their coins in presale what will they dump. Lol
I will recommend joining discord. There are scams everywhere, if one scammed doesn't mean everyone will. Secondly no one is forced to participate in presale. The coins are being given for cheap if u want to earn money buy them now.
