Buddy - Class Action Complaint

We, (Advisors, Consultants, Investors and Former Employees), are seeking to file a class action and sue for damages, unpaid fees and return of investors monies paid to Szymon Witold Szczepankowski and "Buddy" and associated companies Bdy Sp. Z oo Spółka Komandytowa, Bdy Sp. Z oo etc.

We will seek to prove that Szymon Witold Szczepankowski and possibly some of the "Buddy" employees and "Buddy" and all of its associated companies Bdy Sp. Z oo Spółka Komandytowa, Bdy Sp. Z oo etc, committed fraud after a $14,000,000 initial coin offering including but not limiting to the, Buddy ICO, Buddy STO, Buddy Utility Token and Buddy Equity Token.
 
We will ask authorities to investigate Szymon Witold Szczepankowski and "Buddy" employees and "Buddy" and all of its associated companies and relating to actions that defrauded advisors and investors by selling unregistered securities in the form of Buddy Tokens. While Szymon Witold Szczepankowski and the "Buddy" employees and "Buddy" and some of its associated companies was supposed to develop a platform which would be an open DevOps marketplace, "A Decentralized Development Automation Platform" Szymon Witold Szczepankowski and "Buddy" and some of its associated companies never built out the system, we alleged. We will prove that Instead, Szymon Witold Szczepankowski and "Buddy",  "misappropriated investor funds for personal use," which included investing in and developing commercial and residential properties.

We will look to prove that Szymon Witold Szczepankowski misappropriating at least $10,000,000 for his personal use.

We will file a complaint alleging that Szymon Witold Szczepankowski and Buddy "made at least four misrepresentations in marketing" the Buddy token, including but not limiting to, claiming that Buddy ICO had "partnered with industry leaders such as Amazon, Docker, Github, Microsoft, and Google, is a winning development automation platform that serves a rapidly growing market valued to become $345 billion by 2022"

We claim that Szymon Witold Szczepankowski operated four securities fraud schemes, including the Buddy ICO, Buddy STO, Buddy Utility Token and Buddy Equity Token.

We will report Szymon Witold Szczepankowski to the SEC for failing to register the Buddy token sale as a securities sale, and will look for a permanent injunction, disgorgement, civil penalties, to permanently bar Szymon Witold Szczepankowski from acting as an officer or director in any public company, or from participating in any future token sales and or fundraising scheme.

Furthermore we will submit a full report and history of the action of Szymon Witold Szczepankowski and "Buddy" including but not limiting to: summary, history, records and statements of payment made to accounts and digital wallets of Szymon Witold Szczepankowski to the United States SEC, The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego KNF), The National Revenue Administration (NRA), Poland Ministry of Finance.

We are also forming an official press release in both English, Polish, Korean and Indian claiming that "Buddy ICO" was in fact an ICO Scam.

It’s sad to see that a project like this scammed everyone openly and no one is able to do anything. The state of crypto will never look bright if such projects can take money from under your nose without any remorse.

This was already so long ago. I made my mind that i lost time with scammy buddy).

This is a perfect example why investors stopped investing ICO projects. I believe this ICO runs in months and this means it's a long period bounty and I understand how bad the bounty hunters feels as they are helping this project to succeed but this ends up as another scam project.

This one though is listed in exchange, https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/buddy/#markets,, but with very low volume.
If they'll not answer this, this project will eventually going to die.

I work hard to help promote this project only find out that this is a scam. I hope that the people behind it can sleep well at night knowing that there are some people who invested on their project. I hope that they will not receive any death threat coming from the investors they scammed.

me too, they left with our tokens and now we are alone on bounty channel. This people should be punished and catched by the police. They left with some Millions dollars and our tokens.

I also got scammed by them, no responses, no explanation, nothing. Such a scam project by them.

Bounty hunters are being ignored.

I got scam with their team, name not listed in their spreadsheet. When i asked via PM/Telegram group they just say "please write on appeal from". I wrote it on appeal form, but no response until now. Not only that, in my opinion their project really disappointed, as you saw their token price was really really bad

If any of the actual victims wants to open a flag, I am willing to support it.

Can we escalate this. They're obviously scamming us

So many complains about various projects screwing people over their rewards and they still think it is good idea to stay in such campaigns for half year. Human stupidity surprises me every day.

Today I saw an important message from the project CEO in the group. They have already changed their minds about bounty hunters. Let's hope that they still pay us the tokens.

Who is the manager of Bounty does not matter.
The problem is that they don't want to pay the hunter.

Another risks when bounty campaign is managed by newbie accounts especially managed by their teams itself. Bounty hunters will be difficult to contact them if the there any situation that unwanted like this time, I see the bounty manager this campaign was not active almost 2 months or maybe he/she has left from this forum. Unless if bounty campaign is managed by someone who has reputable in this forum, I guess the situation like this is so impossible.
