If you're in for the long run, I wouldn't recommend free hosting.. but it should be alright to just get the whole concept of how faucets work.

Free hosting isn't the best to use for faucets as the traffic can overload the website and free hosts usually don't have many features.If you have $10 spare you can get a year of unlimited hosting on Namecheap, so you might be best starting there. If you go to the link under my avatar I've made a list of a lot of things used for making a faucet, perhaps that can help.
