Unfortunate, the bull market till have not come in this moment, when you see the Bitcoin and ETH all in the lowest price, you will know the market now in the bad situation, I want to invest the ETH again, but afraid it will drop more in the couple day.

Then that's great news to all of us, I think we should wait and patient for the full recovery of market price. I hope it will last longer and continue to rise because this past months market situation is in not good state and continuously falling that lasted for a months. I think only the bitcoin now is in the bull run in my observation bitcoin price rise in the "ber months", as you see last year it comes to 20k$ Bitcoin breaks $8,000 and still increases every hour. In some terms yes other coins are in a bull run right now including bitcoin and im waiting for the dump and invest into it, i dont want to lose some of my investments.

Well all the hype has been disappeared from the market it might be in the limelight but that bull run to achieve again might be very hard.
No prior bullish trend we are still very far away. It was just the positive mood of investors and decided to purchase cryptocurrency, but all rolled back and the speculators earn their money. Looking forward to the next cycle it happens all year, grow a little and immediately rolled back.
Think bull market season is yet to come. The market has stopped falling recently and has started to see some modest gains in recent days, and I think the bull market needs more participants and it's just a pullback in the market right now.
Well, last year bull market started end September. Bitcoin price would need to go above $9,000 or $10,000 in order to confirm we are out of the bear market.
I am sure that bull market will happen again. But not this month of august until september. This is also what happen last year , this month all cryptocurrency value goes down and after that bull run happened . So possibly it will happen again , just more patience.
All price of altcoins is very cheap and if the price going up back to the top price we will make alot of profit. And i think now many investor look this situation as way to make big profit so will be more new money come in to the crypto market. Bull market is near and will be coming soon.
If you want to buy BTC, I think the following $20,000 is worth it. The key is whether you are optimistic about the future value of BTC? Or do you just want to make a little money? Strictly speaking, after 5 years, the price of BTC will definitely make many people feel incredible. So I think buying BTC now is a good choice.
Now is definitely not a good time. The market will take longer to usher in a new round of growth. This needs our common efforts to promote.

I think we are gaining right now, there will be false bear market wave, so people panic and the bull will overtake at least until the rest of the year, I doubt the bitcoin will break 13000 dollar though, from the bears will take over.
Let BTC come back to 9-10k stable ,only then we can admit it about market.
I would be a little more reluctant to raise my hopes yet, remember that many whales manipulate the market to make profits from the FUD they generate, so be very cautious with our optimism, if conservatively bitcoin closes the year at 10k, it would be more than okay for me.
