Everything take some time so the Bull Run is also like this we don't have a right prediction about the future because the cryptocurrencies had no prediction and it will be the fact so when it will come we need to use it essay very positive thing then only the profit is ourself.
For me, although the market crypto is now improving it is not considered a bullrun like the year end of 2017. The market crypto can now only be improved for a while and will return to fall again the price. If the bullrun occurs,maybe it's likely not all the coins to experience it. So, we just wait for what will happen in the coming April.
The situation is gradually improving, but this is not a bullish trend and not a market reversal, such a lull we could see more than once in the course of 2018, it takes more time to assess what is happening, and the bullish market looks different

Bitcoin's bullish run do affects other altcoins and in the past when bitcoin is getting pump almost all the altcoins will follow in the same direction and when it is getting dump the samething do happen . However, now some of the altcoins has gone down to far that it will be difficult for them to recover. Some altcoins are going to die and that means the next bull run may not affect them and it means if we have opportunity to sell those coins it is important we sell them now. But at the time of Bitcoin begin to make its correction, the idea is to buy altcoins, because by following bitcoin in bullish trend, the altcoins will begin to follow, since many bitcoin operators, will shelter money in some altcoins, just to protect their money of possible attacks that are done to the bitcoin, either of the speculative type or by means of news.
From the speculative point of view, according to what Livermore teaches, is that there comes a time when the action reaches its maximum, at that moment it should be expected that it can happen in the market, since it is not good to bet that it keeps going up because they are new price levels, where the easiest thing that can happen is to fall.

I agree with you concern the month for the bull run market to occur but with or without the BAKKT/Bitcoin ETF the crypto market will experience the bull run market and I will also gain global use either let's just hope the countries which followed the IMF boss advice in creating their own national crypto does create it.

No one can say when bull run will start, but possible is that next bull run will be for most coins but maybe not for all, so the best is to choose coins with real value and coins that can be used for something and can be daily used in time for payments.

the Bull Run is always needed for every investment exhaust different kinds of people investing different currencies so if it was happened to every investment then the future of cryptocurrency is was so much good like we expected. is it possible for all altcoins to rise and pump high? It is impossible
see there are many who have no value at all, especially for alt who just entered the exchange. so it's best to do research and find altcoins that really can grow in the future with technology and ideas.
Bull run seem's to be getting ready for it's arrival so let's calm down for a moment and enjoy the remaining days of the market being low .
I think if this bull markets starts it would be like back in 2017 but it would be longer and better because the price could stay high let's hope that it would stay after it lands to the moon.

Fortunately, bull run is really happening right now. You see, it just did pump up to $4,400. This is indeed a good sign that bitcoin is having a correction and will finally recover from the crisis. I have seen this coming, let's expect another big pump.
It has been seen overtime that when bitcoin is either affected positively or negatively, other altcoins are seen to be affected likewise. It was also noticed that most altcoins attained higher highs when the market was up. So, i think the anticipated bull run will affect altcoins as well.
There are too many tokens/coins in the market now so I don't think there will be a bull run for all. Only the best will survive. Therefore, please only invest the best coins. How to choose the best coins?

Usually when Bitcoin rises in price, the altcoin do not rise instantly, rise later, once the Bitcoin is consolidated in a price zone, as some investors put money into altcoins to make profits from both sides. When Bitcoin enters the trend, the altcoin goes up in a prolonged way, whatever they have to go up.
That's right, it's gonna be a bull run for all. Bitcoin is dominating this market so we can expect that altcoins will just follow the BTC price trend.
Like when there was a bull run in 2017, when BTC reached almost $20K, altcoins has better increase compared to BTC but it would not happen if BTC did not pump.
