what bitcoin price should be achieved, so you call it "there has been a bull run" we should discuss the price. because the bull run perspective depends on the target price that the traders want.

It was a big disappointment for those who believed that bullrun will occur last year December 2018,bullruns can't just keep popping up without long days of bear market that's a fact,people always want the good side not the bad side,2019 is not going to be different too because many still think there will be another bullrun by DEC 2019 as for me I'm looking forward to 2020 btc halving

I wonder why everyone always hopes at the end of each month every year, is it possible they always refer to the growth of BTC and Altkoin at a moment that happened at the end of 2017, then every year they always hope that the momentum will happen again on the moon the same one.

It is very likely that the bull will happen by year end because already the market is already showings of growth in price even though only btc have the upper hand for now, but most certainly alts will definitely follow up, it is inevitable, besides mr McAfee already predicted alts will do well more than whar we see with btc, so fingers crossed.

LOL, now is the July 2019 and bull run is happened 2 weeks before. If you invest at that time and hold until now, I sure that you make a lot of money in the recently bull run. There are a lot of predictions but we can’t identify the right of that. Spend money at the top cryptos is the best way!

Spending money on investing on profitable coins while bull run is present and will be moving fast, is the best options to do now. Don't wait for panic buyers during bull run, you might missed it. Just prepare before it's too late, and prediction will happen as long as we're having patience.

if you look at the altcoin market trend maybe not for this year. Bitcoin's dominance is still too strong. some pumps that occur only belong to bitcoin and do not cause growth in altcoin. even ethereum is also very slow to receive this response.

OP was asking in Dec 2018, whether bullrun will happen or not. But why are you so sure if bullrun isn't possible in this dec? Does anyone predicted if bitcoin will be surpassed $11k this month? No one and it just happened, so anything can happen outside from your prediction

I think the bull run has been delayed, maybe the bull run should have happened at the end of 2018 but the bull run started from mid-2019 and maybe I think a bull run can happen now and can run until the future

Although there is a big possibility that a bull run may happen this December 2019 because after all we are already in a mini-bull run. But then again, we don't know that the future holds. All we can do is hope to see a massive bull run similar to 2017. Specially alts, they are still lagging behind bitcoin as evident of the dominance, more than 60%. Altcoins should grow at least 10% more and put bitcoin around 50%.
