I think that because of the coronavirus in 2020 it's unlikely that there will be a bull race in the crypto market, personally I hope that everything will pass and next year we'll wait for the bull run
You should check the price movement of cryptocurrency don't only check the latest information of coronavirus. Because I see that the coronavirus only give a little effect for cryptocurrency price. Like bitcoin price, a day ago its price has increased to $7300 before its price stable at $6500 that I think that has pointed out that many people out there always try to find a good time to buy. And I think this trend will always good since the halving event is close to be happen.

To be honest I have only 2 altcoins that I have in your list and that is ethereum and neo and the other I do not know about that coin.
I hope many people will going to choose ripple and litecoin Because that two coins is better to invest too because it passed many challenges that every dumped happen it can still survive and continues grow upto this now.

One month into the year we can see that if the trend continues it would create a huge bull run for altcoins. After analyzing my favorite tokens this would be the top 5 for this year.

- NEO: they might officially get the Chinese government on board on the whole blockchain bandwagon and capture most of the Asian market by 2020. China is going all-in to crypto and neo is already the favorite crypto "alt" asset there
- ETHEREUM: New Ethereum 2.0 can be a huge deal-breaker. With the Ethereum Enterprise Alliance, numerous strong partners and global corporations stand behind the project
- CHAINLINK: In 2020, the topic of getting external data into the blockchain will become even more important. With its Oracle technology, Chainlink can take the leading spot.
- NEWSCRYPTO: Just from the fact that they burn 20% tokens for every membership, and their brand recognition and userbase started increasing by huge amounts its a sin to not hold newscrypto coins.
- FABRK: the concept idea with the support the project is getting at the end of 2019 shows that the will become one of the mainstream crypto projects by the end of 2020 easy!

What are your thoughts on my picks, and which are yours?
chainlink and ethereum are the altcoins that i  knew that will go on a bullrun once this pandemic is totally gone. Im sure about these two alts.

There would be best bull run top 10. And Not the top 5.
After a long research I advise to pick
Tezos, iota, binance, qtum, algorand, waves, kyber network,
 Chainlink, huobi.
Still you should wait for investment. Market is too much unstable. You may found this cryptos on bottom or lowest price again once there will be lockdown in usa.

BTC to the MOON in 2019

I hope that everything will pass and next year we'll wait for the bull run
It's still early, let us not conclude yet, the market is quite bullish now and if corona virus will be over by first half of the year, we still have the full 2nd half of the year that bitcoin could be bullish and we might see a bull run again. Just based last 2017, the bull run took place in the last quarter of the year and it does not need a lot of time to pump the market and every coin almost got its ATH, so be optimistic and keep that faith.

also of the generous reward
of the holder event (Get more than 20% extra tokens for holding). Way to go!

I don't want to ruin your expectation but I knew a project which is PundiX, they give good reward of holding only, but it was dump over time.

I hope that doesn't happen since I applied as well, but given the engagement they have in their channel, I believe its a long run token.

Steem was definitely one of the best ones so far, everything else was affected like crazy whereas steem both went up like crazy but even when it dropped it didn't dropped all that much so we can say that steem was the best out of all of them in 2020. Maybe in the future it will not continue to be this great, maybe in the future it will drop or not go up while others go up so we can't really say that in ALL of 2020 because we are in just march so far and going into April.

We can also say that the reason why steem was affected so much was the take over, they had buy all of the steem they needed for a lot and that caused the price to change like hell, so we can't say that it was a sustainable increase neither I suppose. Long story short steem was the best one but that is just so far.

I think that because of the coronavirus in 2020 there will be no bull race at all, because most likely the market is preparing for a deep crisis.

Are you from 2018 ripple and neo are dead!
I think the two projects are not dead, it's just that there might be less interest. If you die both of them will not be in the top 50 coinmarketcap positions, at least he chooses the right altcoin to be used as an investment or believes if the project mentioned will continue to grow and experience a bullrun someday.
Yes, those projects are still existing and still showing their positions inside cmc. Though the chance for those projects are not giving good stats but
the projects are still moving. If you are into investment you need to consider every aspects and every influenced that the coins have  out from this
market.
Bull still not that strong but the market still working and trying to hold from it's barrier, needs to assess before moving forward.

I am not sure how @Angrydwarfs define dead because these two projects still have a big volume, they are just down because the entire altcoins market are down, that's it, but in terms of future potential, these two projects still has a great potential.

XRP has $2,653,187,667 trading volume currently, while NEO has $408,872,28..they don't look dead.

This thread is quite amazing,  people dragging up dying coins from 2018 and thinking they will break a new ath. Real adoption is happening now and it's mostly not the coins being posted here. Dont get rekt buying a dying coin.
People said the same thing about 2014 alts 3 years ago and yet, even they saw parabolic rises as BTC did.
Some 2018 alts never saw a bull market and have yet to be evaluated in one. They could very well break out and do so on a big scale if they manage to survive and they're relevant.

It will also be a surprise this time. Some coins, such as ETH, NEO and others are currently not performing up to expectation, but when the time comes, no one will force them to rise because they will do that in their own volition. BTC also has not to surge that much, but before it does, some major altcoins would have first surged, in preparation for the entire market to follow suit.
Agreed. Expect most of the crazy altcoin performance only once BTC exceeds it's ATH again.
Then it's an absolute free for all.

Most people have been bagholding alts from 2018. The truth about today's market is that, Nobody cares about some coin in the past. Everyone is all about chasing the hottest coins on the market right now like $LINK,$BNB, and some top binance alts. Over the last couple of months, I've come to understand that most people just love trading whatever is red hot at that moment (where the hype is). Only a tiny percentage of those hyped coins in 2018 are still in the news today. Sad reality.

BTC to the MOON in 2019
March 24, 2020, 07:16:44 AM
the current situation is very much influenced by the corona epidemic although the transaction is clearly not but in economic terms it is certainly at least that influence. and allows altcoin movements to not be completely different at all like the order on the crypto market. ethereum is still very dominant and maybe BNB, LTC, XRP, even if there is a movement maybe only on the order of one to ten. and there are no new surprises from the new token.
The world is in panic but the crypto world is quite having a good price movement lately.
When bitcoin dump to below $5000, it was just an initial reaction of the panic, but look at its price now, it's picking up because investors realize that bitcoin is a good store of value when the global economy is in crisis, though we can assure it will rise, but I am expecting the pump will continue.

top 5 altcoins for me are..

Ethereum -of course as the next to bitcoin when Bull comes.

Litecoin- even this currency seems to be fading from being top 3 yet i believe that there is a future for this one in Bull

Ripple- this centralized currency(as what they call) is very promising and have shown how many Pump in past

Neo- a chinese Ethereum that says to be sleeping Dragon.

Binance- the fastest running Exchange and coins as well.
Are you from 2018 ripple and neo are dead!
