On CoinMarketCap, CBX is currently on position #376 instead of the usual #130-ish because the 24h-volume is unusually lower than $10 (lower than 3-5 CBX) across all exchanges.
Let's fix this and get those >$10 of volume, people!

Coinmarketcap ranks coins based on the market cap which is total available coins * price. Just checked now and we're still 133. The 24h volume is bad but it shouldn't affect our default rank because we're still based in the price * total number of coins.

133   Crypto Bullion Crypto Bullion   $ 219,625   $ 0.224860   976,717 CBX   $ 50   -3.70 %

Correction: we are now BACK to 130s Cheesy. We passed the $10 threshold a couple hours ago. Coins under $10 24h-volume will rank after all others with volume above $10. (EDIT: compare COIN and KLC for instance)

Thanks for pointing that out. Didn't notice those under $10 volume.

Rawx poll update: We're now at rank 12. Rank 11 seems a couple of dozen votes away so I guess we'll have to settle at 12.

well DAO and even ETH could out of the running now which would mean everything else moves up. Cheesy

Good news for other altcoins like CBX. Let's push for higher ranking in poll Smiley

DAO might be dead, but ETH will continue but severely tarnished of they do a rollback. VB must be in tears almost

Now is the perfect time for us to do a campaign to push for CBX to people showing how great our PoSP is.

What happened with DAO and ETH? I missed it...

Who wants to see a video promotion for PoSP???

They got hacked so a lot of DAO and ETH are being sold that's why they're in Red today with DAO having as low as 7000 sats from an average of 22k sats prior.

EDIT: Reminder on this one
Second edition of Lotto Bullion!

The one and only! Still considered a test, the 20 CBX prize will be quite real nonetheless for one lucky winner... Please visit http://lottobullion.com/ to take part in this draw!

The draw to select the winner of the prize will be selected on Saturday June 18th, 2016 6PM UTC; see website for more details.

You have a few days to get in still, but its best to buy a ticket now so you don't forget!

Good Luck!

Help, my wallet won't open. It keeps sayin "CryptoBullion-Qt quit unexpectedly."
It's been like this for the past 3 days Sad

And oh, by the way, where can I vote for that RAWX poll? nvm, I already googled it

Thanks.

Your Vault quits immediately after you launch the application, or does it quit after staking for a little while? If it immediately shuts down I would suspect a corrupt blockchain, and I would reload the blockchain files from the official Bootstrap at the site.

It does quit immediately after launching the application.
Do I need to reload the blockchain files at my end? Ahm, how to do it then? Smiley

This thing happened to me few months back after tinkering with the vaults commands and all I did is take out my wallet.dat then reapply the bootstrap.

Merchant Project, W.A.

Okay, the Merchant Project remains underway, though we're still working on the android vault -- but we're getting all the help we need. Taa for that.

Price? Rather problematic. Today's 'merchant rate' is .000272. If you look on Coinmarketcap, you'll see that it lists CBX's 'price' as the low-side price -- about .000306; but (setting aside my orders) if you examine the buy-order book on Cryptopia, you'll see that .000306 is just a 'bot price.' The real floor -- as I said, apart from my 'buy-flooring' -- is about .000272. And I note also that that floor is only about a $160 order.

This is skewing the market badly: it means that any trader trying to provide any solid support for CBX has to 'run along' in front of the bot, putting in bids closer and closer to the 'top-side' price; and up near that top-side price, the whales can just dump into your bid.

RAWX poll update: We're now within the top 15. Well done voters Smiley

Good to see, if we can get into the top 5, CBX will have some exposure on what is likely to be a high profile platform if its previous incarnation as mcxnow is any indicator.  Wink

Coin Wholesaling

Please give me two days – gotta take my laptop to town, to update the CBX vault. Then:

# If our buy-sell split is, say, 300-260, I will sell CBX at 260 – siphoning CBX straight off Cryptopia. The rate we’ll call ‘merchants’ rate.’
# you will send the Btc to me first (it’ll be 0.1.or.0.2 Don’t forget transaction fees)
# after you buy it? Not my problem. But you could set up friends and family.
# W.B.I.P. folk get permanent special status
# I will post a 1,000-CBX bond

Please do offer any suggestions you have.

Mark, Western Australia

No interest? No comments? [It's okay that we're at Number 375 on Coinmarketcap?]

And did anyone notice that the price has been 'botted up' on the buy side? Would you call it 310 or 272? (about 95% of the substantial bids in that range are mine.)

But good buy-support on Cryptomic. Well done, that trader!!
