The coins from Cryptsy's cold wallet have not been mobile for 102 days now; this wall seller is one single person, and he has nothing to do with the Cryptsy organisation, in my opinion.

The coins from Cryptsy belong to each respective holder (not Cryptsy); when they become available for withdraw again, each holder will have a different stance towards his recuperated CBX, some will sell, some will use them for staking and some will want to buy more.

Are you saying your stuck on block 30,902? If so, the bootstrap did not install properly. The bootstrap will get you to February 29th in the block chain so you only have to sync for the last month. You should be well past block 30,902 with the bootstrap.

Sound like you may need to try to download and install the bootstrap again.

I am getting error when running the wallet it says "runaway exception " "error opening database environment corruption"
"Cbx vault can no longer continue safely and will quit"

Your wallet.dat is most probably corrupted.
If you have backup of it, please use it.
If you don't have, backup actual wallet.dat and follow this instruction:
Open your command line (on windows, (on keyboard) WINDOWS+R, then type cmd)
Go to your CryptoBullion repository by typing: cd PATH/TO/REPO, by default if you installed it with installer: cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\CryptoBullion"
Then launch with the fallowing command:
CryptoBullion-qt.exe -salvagewallet

It will try to recover your corrupted file.
