Boy, the bumface's got 150k uTC in his wallet: 100k from IPO and 50k he admittedly bought after the IPO. For what price we may never know, albeit possibly in the 0.0001-0.0002 range which seems already completely out of reach.
This said at the current price level this amounts to 3-3.5BTC overall (to be put in perspective with the 10BTC approx he might have invested in purchasing newer coins; we call this a sunken investment/net loss/etc.). Poor bumface. Sure as hell he'd like his coin to rise so he could dump. Instead he's going to have to wait quite a while for this to happen.

There are so many chinese who bought lower than him and in greater amounts that I don't see it happening next week or even next year. Strange as chinese seem to take over every other crypto by storm those days. I thought they had no more money left.

Because in the end what matters is adoption. And this coin is not going to make such a significant breakthrough that it would suddenly replace LTC or other newer coins like DRK, X11 etc. who are anyway going to have a lifecycle of their own.
In other terms, there is no significant chance that this coin rises again in the future and some people know it better than others...

Now bumface is getting his ROI for himself on the SCRYPT asics before even mining on UTC's SCRYPT multipool. Again, he could have taken the money and gone on vacation like the other IPO scams, so everyone who WILL LIKELY NEVER GET ROI BACK actually OWES him gratitude. Oh and they should point their miners toward the multipool which he won't even do.

Yes, I do know a fair share about the law. I wouldn't be any good at what I do for a living if I didn't. Also, it being a private message does not matter one bit. Private messages are open to moderators and admins by default, and hackers/phishers by extension. Those constitute the needed witnesses stated above. Any court of law would find you guilty of Penal Code 422, Criminal Threats - and charge you with a felony that supports a 3 year max sentence. You posted it on a public forum with witnesses, so you can't claim hearsay. Also, you could be hit with a civil libel suit, since you clearly meant to tarnish/defame his character, and you did it in writing.
