Dam Russkies always pulling some ass backwards sh$t regarding policy.  Always something brewing government wise between them and China, before they inevitably reverse course.

Every year it seems they try to pass it as law, we'll see how long this stands up.

Evolution is the only way to survive
personally ,i think Russia ban is not a bad news .
Just like USA Dry Law , this kind of prohibition would boost people's incentive of using bitcoin to protect their property from RUBLE devaluation .
As you can see , ruble value is declining very fast against dollar recently ,thats the reason Puting Gov bans bitcoin .

I wonder what makes them ban bitcoin. Look like less people is supporting Bitcoin nowadays.

Less people? How?

Russia is the largest country (however, not largest population). Thus, if Russia ban bitcoin, about half the population of human will not be able to use bitcoin.

China banned Bitcoin and yet they have the highest volume of trades.

If Russia bans Bitcoin the trade volume will be through the roof.

Banned things are used more aggressively in Russia and China.

World Population:
7,125 million (approximately)

Russia Population:
144 million (approximately)

I don't think "about half" means what you think it means.

If the Bitcoin community failed to prevent the Central Banks from banning Bitcoin in Russia. USA will be able to ban Bitcoin next.
The 13 inbred Terrorist European Bloodlines using their Central Banks to own & control USA & Russia. When you look at their country's flag you will notice the 3 colors "Red, Blue, and White"

These are "central colors" of "Central Banks" to let their inbred children know that they are the same. The people in control of these country are biological family members of the 13 inbred Terrorist European Bloodlines related to each other by DNA.

The USA have a track record for destabilizing Russia's economy. This is their way of keeping the russian citizens down.

Central Banks are now expecting USA to follow this penalty law for the use of Bitcoin.

Rewarding individuals with lower fines compared to companies means mining will be more distributed in Russia. Smiley
