That is maybe the last hope for recovery. But it's so funny how people can be reckless when it comes to their emails, passworda and other personal data and they know how essential that can be.
My advice is always to have stored such data somwhere at the safe place where you can access them. You need to have some back up in case you forget or lose access data, that is the first rule.
Nah. If you will read the whole thread, trial and error method as searching your mails wouldn't gonna work out on this platform cause you will not receive an email even in the spam folder after you register on their site.

Providing a recovery email here in bustabit is up to the user.

Maybe, OP already solved this issue or had successfully withdrawn his winnings. Checking his profile, he is inactive for a week and didn't update us anymore.
Right from the start it is his fault. First he forgot to save his password second he also forgot which email did he used upon the registration of his gambling account and lastly why did he used too many emails at the same time or why didn't he atleast sort his emails from personal use and for gaming purposes or crypto world purposes to avoid problems like this co'z if you'll gonna ask me, I have this habit of sorting my email accounts from personal use and from other purposes like this. For example I am not using my real email to register in a website like online casino but instead I will use my dummy account for safety purposes on registering to websites like online casino.

You can try to make the trial and error process. Log in your every email and try to search your mailbox to find messages from bustabit the time you make registration.

The recovery email and support ticket email are totally separate. The recovery email would allow you to go to:
https://www.bustabit.com/forgot-password and automatically recover your account (to that email).
With regards to OP's case, what he forgot is his recovery email. But I don't know if he remembers the password. He just said that he still on the site. He wanted to withdraw his winnings, and I don't have any idea yet on that matter if it will require both/either recovery email and/or password upon requesting...

Quote
But the email you enter for a support ticket, is literally jus so that you can receive a reply. There's noa  requirement/need for it to be the same as your recovery email
You are right about this and already tried and tested by myself. Here is an update of the reply I got from Daniel Evans the support request I submitted earlier.

I used a different email to recover the recovery email of my bustabit account.

Better PM him about your issue to get faster response about what is the way to get your account or bitcoins back.

You are still in the access of your account right?

Maybe there will be some verification process from the staff before recovering your account.

Hey guys, so I just deposited on my phone browser and played a bit, made some profit and wanted to cashout, just to see that the browser didnt save my password, I was still logged in tho, idk how. Anyways, it seems that I cannot change my password without my email, but I tried all of my emails which I have and I am not receiving and email to reset my password.
Is there a way to see which email I used to register on the site or not, if so how ? I would appreciate any tips on how to see my password or anything at all. Thanks

Did you check your spam folders for all your emails? Most likely if its anything crypto related unless its from like Coinbase or Gemini exchange seems to go straight into my spam folder.

I am pretty sure if you check your junk mail folder you will find your reset email. In the future make sure to always set a unique username, password, confirm email and add 2FA if you hold any bitcoins on any gambling sites. Many gambling sites want you to start to gamble right away so they let you make an account without actually signing up however there will be issues if your hard drive dies or if your phone is lost. A few months back some individual didn't bother to link their email to their account and add a user/password and he lost his phone and could never recover his BTC.

So if you hold any balance on any sites make sure you got some backup method besides the private key that is saved in your phone/browser. Or at least copy that private key even though I wouldn't recommend it since its fairly long and you can make a mistake writing it down but better than nothing.

bustabit actually has pretty excellent support (afaik it's never outsourced, so everything is handled by Daniel directly). Just use https://www.bustabit.com/support ideally from the account/browser you had the issue with

He forgot his recovery email so he can't submit a support ticket without the email.

P.S. I tried to use another email address which is not associated in the current bustabit account and the message sent successfully, let's wait if I will receive a reply. IDK if how long will it takes to get a response or would I really get.

That would also work. Since the account is still log on the site then doing that steps would surely reveal the recovery email. I double check and it's the recovery email that I used to register earlier. Either way, op can still withdraw since there is no password required to withdraw funds.

try this:

Click Account -> Security tab -> Update Email

I tried to log out and check it again and the email still remains.
I hope it helps.

That will work out. I have done the same thing. I have forgotten my password in a website before and what email I used so I open each email I have and find the email that received the confirmation link after creating an account. If op deleted it then try to put each email that the op have and check every email.
Negative. There is no email sent by bustabit when you register. This process will not work here. This is not like the other platform that requires account activation/verification to fully or continue accessing an account.

Try to ensure your IP address stays the same, e.g. dont reset your router or reset your modem.

You might need to access the account or send a request from the same IP you used to login with, that way they can manually reset your password.

Also, you can try importing all your email addresses into something like Thunderbird, then searching all inbox at once for Bustabit to see if you have any emails from them.

This will be your email to login with.
There is some case that the ip address will change to new ip address after turning off your modem when not using or going to sleep.

I just tried to register now but it doesn't receive any email from bustabit upon registration. They provide a random password.

@OP, don't you remember if ever at least you take a screenshot of it or save the password in the note?

You can still possibly get some reset password instructions even if you havent put up your email on registration.
Go here https://www.bustabit.com/account/security/update-password

It do ask your old password but since you forgot it then click forgot password - enter email - then submit.

Usually you wont able to sent out if you havent choose that email option on the time you do register.

As i have read you would like to withdraw then why not simply go https://www.bustabit.com/cashier/withdraw
and withdraw all the funds? then create a new one?

Above on the thing i had suggested, im still not sure if it would give out recovery or reset password steps.
