Peerbet's main feature used to be their PvP no house edge raffle. The only reason this has no house edge is because it's purely PvP, no risk for the website. They just act as a middleman. They now have two new games, The dice has the common 1% edge and wheel 3.125%. Peer dice was suposed to have a 0.3% house but it had some PvP influences and It was quite weird tbh. I can't really tell exactly how it worked since they've now removed it from their website.

Because of this big profit swings are possible. It is also why site lost so much.

It's variance, of course, but also the house edge : it isn't 1% like a lot of gambling sites, but is somewhere between 0% and 1%, based on the multiplier you cash out at (the edge is (1 - 0.99*x / (x - 0.01)) * 100 where x is the multiplier):

This is if you ignore the bonuses and the 0x crashes, which cancel each other out from the house's point of view, although skillful players will tend to win at the expense of less skillful players.
