Any strategies how to play here?Smiley

You should always try your best to get the bonus (reference: https://www.bustabit.com/faq#last) so to overcome the house edge of the game. What you should do to achieve that depends on the the other players' bet sizes and cashout points.

But I think the bonus is not too high compare to what you lose. The more multiplier you get the higher the bonus right? So try to keep aim bonus is not really useful. Usually I played low after sometimes then try to hit higher multiplier. It works better most of the time

To your question of "The more multiplier you get the higher the bonus right?", the answer is "not necessarily". For example, if you are having the biggest bet size in that round, you will get the max bonus as long as you are the last one to cash out. On the other hand, if you are not the biggest bettor in the round, you could cashout "midway". Also, the house edge of bustabit is from 0% to 1% depending on your cashout point, and the bonus could be a lot higher than the house edge, making the game +EV.

You have to be the last big bettor ( not necessarily the last bettor) to catch the biggest chunk of the bonus  ... if I got it right

I have withdrawn many hours ago and it still hasn't confirmed. What's holding this up?

I also sent a support message and didn't get a reply.

https://blockchain.info/tx/0da9c86696a6e29ded3c1ba81d28fd99043db32c9f2244b0cc02d2287d1698b3

In the past 3 hours, there are only 10 new blocks found (it is not something big but miners are unlucky). As a result, there is some backlog created. https://bitcoinfees.github.io/ shows mempool size going from 1.7 MB 3 hours ago to beyond 10 MB at the moment.

Thanks yeah. Once bitcoin 0.12 is released, I plan on sending all withdrawals using opt-in RBF and then do something like bump the fees on transactions that haven't confirmed within an ~hour or something.

I think one of the big appeals of bustabit is the instant withdrawals, but it's hard when it's not obvious what fees to pay Tongue

Thanks for the info, didn't know where to find this information.

Looks like your transaction has finally been confirmed in block 394075 after a wait of ~6 hours. Meanwhile, mempool size on https://bitcoinfees.github.io/ further increases to 25 MB now.

I was just wondering does bustabit  have an affiliate program?

Nope it does not. This has been answered before and you can find the reason for not implementing it in https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bustabitcom-the-social-gambling-game-709185.
I see, thanks for quoting that. It seem to be a fair enough system not to have the referral system I guess.  Cheesy

The only probably fair site.I play here sometimes and I win.
Here I won with 10x odds or more. For me this is the only fair dice sites.

Nope Bustabit is not the only provably fair site, there are at least a few dozens more. And nope it is not a dice site...
Edit: Oh "probably" fair lol. I am not sure if a site owner is happy when his site is praised as just "probably" fair.

I had to hack some anti-spam measures in bustabit (due to the bitcoin raffle morons) and didn't want them to see exactly what I did, so I had to close the source. Removing the api docs was unintentional, i'll try add that back shortly.

But for reference, here's a fork before I closed source it

https://github.com/fuzzyhobbit/bustabit-webserver/blob/master/client_new/scripts/game-logic/script-controller.js

(since then there's been a bunch of performance and security improvements, but nothing that should affect the API)

Hmm, yeah...the whole webserver repo seems to be gone or moved. Maybe Ryan is obfuscating the web source?

I noticed that too. But removing the API documentation seems quite... counterproductive.  Wink

The default custom script info mentions a file:

// To see the full engine API go to:
///https://github.com/moneypot/webserver/blob/master/client_new/scripts/game-logic/script-controller.js

However, that file is 404. Does anyone know where I can find it now?
