Everyone has a policy and you can’t make up a rule as you go. Because if you actually took this to court they’d ask did the policy say after x amount of mutes it’s permanent banned with froze account ? I’m not here to bash the website. Bustabit has a pretty good reputation on the scene, so I think that a lot of community members would very much appreciate proof of your allegations.

Lending to users on gambling sites in general is very sketchy, and sometimes it is explicitly banned by the casino (not sure if that is the case here). But freezing funds would certainly cause a lot of raised eyebrows in this scene.

yeah I’m only pointing out the freezing part he’s only done this to me. I’ve seen him unmute many people for bashing him and I’ve never bashed. They’ve laughed after me after forcing me to agree “if I ever disregard my ban to anyone they’ll lock my account “ nothing in Their poss say they can freeze your funds and talking about wanting me to wait 3 months. But loaning money to someone on the internet without us knowing who are they is a big mistake and a big NO because how we can know they will pay back the money to us? I think the main problem that you would be facing here is that you haven't provided enough evidence to support your accusations. You should have posted screenshots to prove your claims because to be honest, Bustabit has a good reputation so it would be unfair to accuse them of something without any proof.

please do. having evidence should have been posted when you posted this thread. the forum has had a fair share of people creating false allegations that's why people here ask for evidence. having evidence would help you solidify your case against the gambling site you are accusing or have a problem with.

No one is question this legitimacy.it’s the fact that you’re muting people but disabling my funds only. I didn’t scam or anything. Playing as normal and he forced me to agree to if I used shiba bot to check x amount of balance of my bits worth I’d be locked out my account wtf is that. No toss says that in his policy

It will be a lesson to you, you wouldn't lend anyone $6,000 that's not a simple to earn money to be honest. I remember one time when someone who befriended me and all of a sudden wanted to borrow money and even though it's not that big I didn't lend him and blocked him.

I don't see any consistency either, from verifying yourself through email which is a security protocol to lending money to being muted to whales.

But loaning money to someone on the internet without us knowing who are they is a big mistake and a big NO because how we can know they will pay back the money to us? Are you going to get this on the court? they have their chat rules and they can keep changing them whenever they want if they find you annoying to other players and the chat board, this is your words against them but no proof to back your claim you should post it here and also post how much funds are frozen, this will not be considered a scam without posting proofs and amount loss.

So basically the first issue was ignored by you since it was mainly being muted in chat. The main issue here is that OP rained bits and you got... banned? Well, muted (which was the initial issue) and funds frozen (the main issue). Maybe send proof of the threat? That's probably the best proof here of their mods doing something wrong. The initial issue was probably forgoed by the admin since there wasn't any proof of you loaning the said person 6k (maybe).

This site has a solid reputation, with no problems. However, I doubt the story of the whales, would the info be real on the site you see? You see people's commitments. Is it actually allowed to show other people's bets? I can imagine that those users are not exactly waiting for that. The chat also always seems to be manned 24/7 on the site, separately.

First time to see, If spoke to your ban will lock your account. Is there any chat proof you can vouch for this? Also for the whale case you are talking about. Why we need a proof? because while people have some problem, mostly they will talk common sense without any proof just because they got a problem on the site. To make them look bad, and push their issue to be solved faster.

BTW, Yes all action should according by the ToS. You're register with the site, then you are agree following all of their rules and everything. Try to make a story with picture conversation between you and them, that's would be nice.

If you have screenshots of the mentioned online casino website doing some sketchy things that they have no business doing, feel free to accuse them in the scam accusation subforum. Every chat room in the gambling pages has rules, and begging or asking for coins isn't allowed anywhere, if you keep breaking the rules then you will keep getting banned from the chat.

It was a big mistake a $6k loan, in the casinos you give tips, you don't give loans, because there is no way to chargeback that money, the casinos can't take the money from one user account, and send it to another.

I'm really sorry about the money you lose and how the casino deals with you, but as I always say, some lessons are cheap, others are not.
