There's a lot of people around here that will tell you sometime between 1 year and never, but it's likely they've either been burned by BFL or just re-regurgitating what others have said in any anti-BFL thread.
They've been shipping Jalapenos for a couple weeks and have begun assembling LS & Singles this week. Realistically, it'll be between 3-5 months.

well depends what you ordered, the jalapeno they just started delivering thru orders in august last year, and its fifo i think so 3 more months minimal
