Micon is essentially shit talking Josh and defaming him because he doesn't like Josh. You will note that the questions he is stating "the community has a right to know" were never actually asked to Josh, they were presented to the forum in a way that made people assume they were an issue.

That being said there are issues with BFL, I haven't seen a picture of a working ASIC rig anywhere. You would think there would be one. But Micon is doing the community a huge disservice by approaching BFL in this way. Why not just ask some questions through the proper channels? Why the drama? It's not helping.

They know that in person, they will get a bit of shit and the guy cannot even handle a professional approach to get him out and away... Its being recorded, the way of which that idiot from BFL labs responded is horrible from a corporate investors point of view, the guy should be fired on the spot.
With 25 million dollars in pre-orders I would hope someone is jumping up and down more than the troll that apparently made the video, because otherwise these guys will get away with spending your pre-order money, shit they probably already have! I'm a bit mad because last summer before the BFL announcement I was planning to build a 200+ GPU mining farm. (I had access to very cheap electricity and financing) I've put my project on hold and now it look like at best their company is completely unprofessional or at worst another huge scam. Even if I did not pre-order any ASIC they probably costed me some potential profit.

Micon came by our booth yesterday and started stomping around (literally, like a little kid throwing a tantrum) and screaming foul language at one of my employees "IS THAT JUST A FUCKING BOX OF FANS?! ARE YOU EVER GOING TO FUCKING SHIP ASICS? ITS JUST A BOX OF FUCKING FANS!" over and over. Needless to say, we did not want a repeat of his behavior today.
The lovely anti-semite "joke" he tried to tell me at the end of our encounter was also classy. I don't know if he thought I was Jewish or what?

Here is a video of Butterfly Lab's PR/Spokesperson showing his true colors and refusing to talk about the case on display at the CES convention in LV. Supposedly this device only has fans and a nexus device inside of it.
With $25 million in preorder funds, this is all they were able to come up with. This is related to the service of butterfly labs because it shows where they are at in their providing customers that have sent preorder funds to them for a device that is now 70 days late on delivery (at least) with no proof or accountability of what was done with the preorder funds.
