Regardless of what currency they are accepting, I would say that this can either work in their direction. Crypto has been slowly getting into mainstream as a lot of industries are starting to accept it. But I do hope that it's going to be a p2p transactions. Otherwise if they get into another third party services here, there might be issues specially the crypto's volatility.

P.S. I didn't check the website, but it seems members here are not fully sold on it as it doesn't look very good and professional. And probably they just ride on the popularity of crypto, good marketing ploy.

Im worried that you might end up buying destroyed or stolen cars. The legitimacy of those cars would be very risky because it seems the website lacks professionalism.
This is a big risk if you will just bought online with an expensive item, if you can really afford to buy those cars then its better for you to visit a showroom and ask them if they accept cryptocurrency as a mode of payment. This kind of adoption is still not proven, and the risk is still high but hopefully some site will gain a much deserve trust rating and that can be a good start to buy cars online using cryptocurrency.

It is surprising, I want to know whether it is a new or old company? I think we need to wait for someone's review of the company and the site. Don't rush to try buying or selling there. Anyway, I just know John McAfee who has a crazy idea about crypto. Is this a company built by him?  Grin

Buying a car now ? When we see this low prices on markets ? Hmm sounds like someone ( car deal ) wants to make quick money by selling cars on BCH , does he has some internal news ? Because it feel sketchy to accept BCH as payments but not BTC , right ? I mean I would personally buy a car with BTC if I would have Bitcoin to spare for personal desires but not now and not on this prices.

I will keep on eye on the website to see if someone actually got in possession of the car after making the payment.

If that is real and try, it is then a good of of saying that cryptocurrency is being adopted. If other businesses r store should try the same, then, we are not far from what we have been clamouring for, which is adoption.

Is this the original https://www.autocoincars.com/ I see no feedback from buyers or no one has bought it here either? and I saw Twitter following 2 people and only 5 posts. Suspicious

Yes, we need a good feedback or reviews about the site above
Because this is very unbelieveable,
But, if this true and no cheat actions, maybe bitcoincash will be growing hard in the near time

To be honest this does not seem to be a legit car seller to me, most probably the purpose of this website is to scam they are ready to accept your crypto and then never reply you, never buy a car or other serious stuff on new or unknown scam websites they are just created to scam you of your hard earned crypto and money.

Don't know about this one but, why they are focusing on getting bitcoin cash instead of getting bitcoin as payment for their cars? :/. Sounds really weird. And what is "Autocoin" in their website? Is that their own coin? This is the first time I heard of this.

I'm not interested in BCH but that lambo costs 47 BTC. It's a ripoff if you ask me. If I had 47 BTC i wouldn't spend it all on some car that's too expensive to do anything with.
Some simple facts about a 47BTC lambo:
It's fragile. If you get hit by another car your lambo is going to fall into tiny pieces.
Every scratch will hurt you because a scratch on a new car worth 20k USD already hurds and a scratch on a car worth 400k USD will hurt 200 times more.
It's going to burn so much fuel you better have 1 BTC left just for that.
You're going to have sleepless nights worrying that somebody could steal it or damage it. You won't be able to even park it at the street.
If Bitcoin pumps 10% you'll know that you lambo lost 20% of value in its first year and Bitcoin went up 10% that's a 30% loss for you.

Bad idea!

I have checked online and I was surprised to see new post about websites accepting cryptocurrency to pay for electronic items, appliance and others. But what caught my attention is this website https://www.autocoincars.com/. In their website it says they are selling cars and accepts bitcoin cash .

I want to qoute a line from their website "Buy and Sell Cars with Bitcoin and crypto currency. Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Classic Cars, Audi, Aston Martin, Lotus".  Their line said they are accepting bitcoin but they are actually accepting bitcoin cash and not bitcoin itself.

I have checked the price but man I cannot afford it. But I do not find  some reviews about their services so I cannot yet give some info how legit they are.
From buyer feedback is nothing although doesn't has negative feedback about website. Personal Meet up or by call their contact number this process will show how legit this site. I'm being surprised that why only BitcoinCash accept.

*snip*

They are also accepting an "Autocoin" (ATC) what ever that is... i found zero information on that, but it gave me an instant red flags for this shop. Also, they are claiming that crypto transactions and buying cars with it is anonymous. It's not. I highly doubt that these people know what they are doing.

I tried clicking on that link, but the fakkin' page just had a loading screen and never loaded.  I trust that it's just my browser and I'll have to try it with another one when I've got time.

I have checked the price but man I cannot afford it.
Yeh, if they're selling high end Audis and the like, I wouldn't be able to afford it either, whether I had enough crypto or not.  Never bought a new car in my life and dont intend to.  As soon as you drive it off the dealer's lot, its already depreciated in value significantly.

Interesting that this place is accepting BCH tho.  Not my favourite coin by a long shot, but I like the idea of a car dealer accepting crypto, regardless of what it is.  Thanks for posting this, op.

Yeah, probably not the best idea to buy a car from that place, doesn't look very professional.

To be honest, I see no point in using crypto, be it btc or bch, as a currency unless the retailer is offering a discount for using crypto. Otherwise one might as well just use fiat.

An exception may be in 3rd world countries with hyperinflation, but in such places buying cars probably isn't their first priority.

But If you try to click on car pictures then you can see different currencies conversions, I don’t know if they also accept Bitcoin. But only one way to find out if they’re legitimate through personal visits or meet-up.

In my opinion, this is an amateurish car dealership site and I am doubting its legitimacy just based at the first glance. Maybe the site is made by someone who is not really well versed with the English language. Why would it be mentioning Bitcoin a lot when in fact it is just accepting BitcoinCash...or maybe the site does not know the difference between the two? Can be a big fan of Roger Ver, I guess. The site even has a press release section and one of the post keeps on talking about Bitcoin: https://blog.autocoincars.com/bitcoin-whats-it-all-about/. Definitely, not a site that can inspire trust and confidence especially for a rich guy with a lot of Bitcoin.

Once you have a bitcoin wallet, you can use a traditional payment method such as a credit card, bank transfer (ACH), or debit card to buy bitcoins on the bitcoin exchange. The bitcoins are then transferred to your wallet. The availability of the above payment methods is subject to the chosen jurisdiction and area of exchange. Below is a screenshot of the Bitcoin interface showing how to buy and sell bitcoins as well as Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum and Litecoin, which are other popular virtual currencies. But we must have to select right website to buy cryptocurrency like Cryptoknowmics etc I always want something like this! i feel buying cars and other stuffs through bitcoin is the best option and helpful...  Smiley
