This is incredibly low price but is this a legitimate way of buying things from fiverr?
If something is too good to be true it is usually obtained by not-so-legit distribution channels. But from the other side I am wondering if this is a good deal, after all Op wants to use escrow and all.I wonder if this is worth having troubles with Fivver and stuff (if these deal were indeed obtained in a fraudulent way). It is better to wait and see.

the seller has no bad feedback feedback I am also at lost on why he wants to be on a losing end since he is promoting on bitcoin payment maybe he just want to exchange the dollar to bitcoin in any case I have bookmarked this thread to see if there are any of us have tried

Don't know the truth but in this 21st century nobody can offer service with loss. This purchases should be done with stolen credit cards as why someone will buy service and than wait to resell it on less price. Completely sounds fishy.

Why would you not skip Fiverr and just provide the gig?
I'd say someone is trying to make bank on stolen credit cards.
obviously, i just saw some people make a group on facebook and make bank with stolen credit card,they'd hiring 20% pay service and any other "too good to be true" stuff, its really dangerous for buyer who dont even know what they're doing because ordering this kind of service,they problably have a chance to be jailedThey could be from stolen CC or Fiverr have a promo for 1st free gig.
OP. If your gigs are from this free promo, you could prove that they are not ordered with stolen CC and you are willing to escrow, I can order 5-10 for test and then some more.
