It is still unclear for me, why this forum goes crazy, if some1 comes in with a thread like this. Like people really gonna get winners straight away and swim in money. I have a proved record, from April to august. I would like to go head to head with these " professionals".

This is not how the forum runs because such account like yours are the most avoided accounts on this forum, so, the note reason you won't get any bidders to consider your request is because you have not build your reputation on this particular forum. I will encourage you to be active and make positive contribution to the forum.
Or maybe he has another older account but don't want to use that account so if in case something goes awry with his dealings, only this account will be affected.
I wonder if there is someone who will take the risk in buying bets from him.
Maybe at the start, he will do what is right but later on, once he has good number of customers, that's when he will try to cheat bettors.
Up to the gambler if he wants to try his services though..

What's the point then? Lend him money and he will get the profit while we only get our initial money? I'm still thinking if we must pay him for his pick and if it lose, he will refund our money. (Just like some tipster doing on here)

No lending money here, you are buying picks. It is very simple like what is explained by SyGambler.
Lets say the price of the pick is $1, you pay it in front then you use the pick to place a bet on any sites. The amount of the bet is up to you, you can bet as much as you wish or as low as you wish. He do not care about how much you make profit or how much you lose from the bet you made. If the pick wins then he get the $1 but if the pick lose, he will send the $1 back to you.

This is what I'm against.
OP has a good idea however all the risks will be on their clients. That's not how a tipster should be. It's easy to make random picks honestly. Even I can jump out of my favorites then began providing picks with other sports I didn't know. Little research, copying picks by others, etc. There are lots of sites which I can look on to make that possible even I have no knowledge of that sports. No need also to risks my money by placing an actual bet. Then if I win = more reps.

IDK how you aren't understanding it , basically if he got lucky and the pick won he will get the fee that you paid him
but if it wasn't a win he will return you the money
this way he either win the money that you sent him or he doesn't lose anything , so he is freerolling you and you are the one who is fully taking the risk
the offer is nice if he was indeed profitable with high ROI , but with no past proof at all he is simply milking money from customers this way without taking any risk or having past experience

I'm not much of a baseball fan so I probably wouldn't be interested anyways. If your tips are so good why not get a bankroll started yourself and increase it if you are so confident in your picks instead of relying on others to invest.
That's a good idea and while doing it better to share your pick here and let the readers to see your abilities, most of the gamblers around are also looking for good tipsters who can provide good outcome and increase their bankroll, your reputation will also be increased once you provide winning bets from time to time.Start good and be praise from this industry, it's the best way to bring those believers to follow you with your journey.

If it is possible for you to keep winning why selling the strategy. If you want to help why not give it free since you can easily make money from the next bet. If you have been gambling for years, i don't think making more money from those that will buy your strategy will be necessary?
there is nothing wrong in selling picks , there are tipsters who are actually profitable but they can't bet as much as they want due to books limits
so selling picks can make them some more money for sharing their knowledge
of course I'm not talking about this guy here in the thread since he doesn't provide a full history of his picks verified by a 3rd party tracker
