I did consider dialcoin, very smart implementation but the premium is kinda high.

Kinda high? Its like $5 for less than half a coin.

That is a good idea, there is no charge backs for both.  Main critical issue is, if you send and the other guy doesn't you will be at the losing end.

I will only send the btc once the transfer is confirmed, usually in less than 1 hour.

there's a solution with google checkout somewhere on the web, but kinda expensive.

Yeap without credit card and paypal, buying bitcoins is quite troublesome, having to go through Liberty Reserve, Paxum etc.

Is there anyway to buy bitcoin with a credit card?  The current payment and withdrawal seems quite tedious.

The market has not yet figured out a way to do it without chargeback risk. However, a few projects are in the works to remedy this, because long term the ability to purchase with a credit card is absolutely necessary.

Buying Bitcoin with credit card is unsafe, so it is almost never done.
