I have a better suggestion for you. Rather than selling when there is a rise by 10% you can just segregate the total asset into two parts into of 50:50 ratio where in you can save 50% for long run say like holding it for next 5 years in a different wallet and use the remaining 50% to do trading whenever there is a price pump.

This happens quite often. Recently I too experienced similar thing with a token. Suddenly the developers abandoned the coin and it got removed from the exchanges. I was unable to use it for any trading purpose. It was just in the wallet unused and to my luck once again it got listed, but the growth is nil.

Yes sometime we have to do cut loss, its also needed to get higher profit. Expert traders are proficient in doing so. don't be greedy, don't make too high target, keep learn to minimize the risk of trading.

Start trading with low amount. This way you will be more comfortable and less emotional with your moves. Emotions mostly played when an amount is something very valuable to you that you cannot afford to lose. This is what I did when I started trading. I can only laugh when I remember myself perspiring during my early days with only $100 at stake. Now it's becoming ordinary and I felt relaxed with my trades. Of course I have my own set of limitations as I know everyone cannot stop being emotional when the money in front of you is big enough.

Yeah there are a lot of panic seller out there and they are making the wrong decision. We should buy bitcoins or whatever coin it is as long as they are successful buy them when the price are red in the market. It will guarantee you a lot of income a passive income. Bitcoins we all know what they can do and their capability. It been a long time since i do that so it is been tried amd tested for a lot of people. That is what you called an easy income and yes it is risky because I almost sell my bitcoins when china banned it. But luckily i didnt.

Yup. Why should someone knowingly loose money? It's basic in a business that, buy stuff at a small rate and sell it with higher rate. Buy bitcoins when it's low and sell it when it's high. So that profit can be seen. This is common.

This is the reality in the current time that I have seen in my friend circle .
When the price of the coin increases then they see toward that coin and get attracted that they can make big but as truth of the coin market is that we can't say that at what second the Market can fluctuate to down or up , so here make yourself more knowledgeable and see toward the price of the coin is at what condition .
If the price of the coin is about down by one month of full graph then buy them and wait to increase and if the price of the coin high then wait to get it down ( keep.your eye attention always at the coin market )

I agree, newbies should control their emotions in trading because that is the biggest problem as a trader. And they should put limitation in their orders to minimize losses and maximize profits.

Buying at high and selling at low are the people who are newbie to crypto currencies or just get panic whenever bitcoins drops and panic sell all their bitcoins.A newbie has to learn and research about the bitcoins and have to learn investing in right time to make profit.Well i think that with little experience anyone would understand how investing in bitcoins works and when to sell.

Well i can really agree with this strategy, that you will buy high and you will sell it low, i will not do this strategy because you can do that strategy when you are buy a coins that is not profitable and then you buy it high and you will gonna make it sell low because you buy a coins that is not profitable but my advice is you gonna buy it low and hold it until the value of it will increase and then you gonna sell it high.

i think this strategy is stupid strategy , why you sell low.. its make you loss more
and very hard to take profit if doing that strategy..
now , simple.. dont do that again , change your mind
use this strategy " buy low sell high " , high that mean , take profit 20-30% is enough
