Every college, university and school .edu email works for Microsoft Insight (where you get Azure student). These email addresses are from a not unknown college and schould work.

First I asked the OP if he accepts PayPal (I didn't have enough Bitcoins). He said that he does and sent his PayPal email address. I sent 2$ (for two email addresses) and he send me a PM within minutes saying he got the payment and the email addresses will be created within an hour. After half a hour he sent the credentials of the first account. I had some problems (caused by my location and me) that he helped to resolve very fast. Half an hour later he sent the credentials for the second address. Both worked just fine.
