That's great, One tip, add a affiliate system it will help you to grow your customer base.
and you can use voucher option as an "extra" it will also help to gain more money.

For ex: If someone wants to buy a 3700 or 4100 rupee thing and he don't want to give his address etc, He will probably buy a 5k worth gc.

Based on the comments, the following has been done at https://inrbtc.com

a) A better bitcoin price is given when purchasing items when compared to selling for cash. This is for encouraging Bitcoin Use
b) Margins have been decreased both on buy and sell prices.

c) For a repeat customer who will purchase from the same online merchant, any discount applicable will be completed shared to the customer.
This will most probably be implemented by sending bitcoins to the customer.

As this is just the beginning, our request is that any initial teething problems we might face during execution be seen with a lenient eye.

Gift Voucher is a nice idea. Given some time we can try to implement this idea. As of now, the downside which I can think of is

a) Gift voucher's come in standard sizes
b) More often than not, the item you plan to purchase is either more or less than the voucher amount.
c) Converting a gift voucher to cash is not possible, whereas an item once purchased can be returned back with refunds.

Yes indeed.. you guys need to lower the margin here because the cost of stuff we are buying via you will increase and hence the trade wont be profitable.. consider lowering your profit rates for some time and then once you gain momentum maybe increasing it (A bit of course)

Yep and OP can use discount codes too (jabong/yebhi/snapdeal) to get some more profit.

Ps: People will still prefer Gift voucher (Which you are not giving) instead of giving their Full details to you.

I am in the financial field by career. I was introduced to Bitcoins a little late. More than the current price of bitcoin which is ephemeral, I am happy that such a currency has been invented to circumvent the shenanigans being employed by the Central Bankers of the world. Being a person with interest in macro economics, nothing is more frustrating than listening to idiotic savants such as Paul Krugman extolling Keynesian economics to support relentless printing of currency.  Now we have a bigger fools from Japan who want to outdo themselves.

Comparatively our Indian Central Bank is much saner and in my opinion deserves a lot of kudos for their steadfast decision to stick with basic principles.

Not only do I want to participate in bitcoin economy but I want bitcoin to be used as a currency like we use Indian rupees today. Hence, the reason that I have put an option for bitcoin users to directly purchase items rather than exchange them to some other currency  at INRBTC

Even today, including most of the people in this forum, myself included... we look at Bitcoin as an investment and we compare USDINR rates and MtGox rates to value bitcoin.  What we are missing is using bitcoin as a medium of currency...Instead of valuing bitcoin as Rs 6700 , we should value goods in bitcoins
e.g nokia smartphone can be bought in 2 bitcoins,
one simple meal at a roadside dhaba costs 0.5 bitcoin

Hopefully we will reach there sometime in the future, maybe sooner than later...INRBTC may not be answer but a small step towards that direction.

Till then,
INRBTC Admin
