stop trying to do paypal, especially for that amount.
The fact you keep trying and not listening to the
feedback you're getting leads me to believe you're
intent is to scam.

actually i do would you like to skype screenshare and ill login to my social media AND paypal to show you? remove the negative trust i got people whove already viewed i have 9600 in paypal as well as other large deposits. people like you tomato just be throwing around negative rep to new users and fuck them over from the beginning.

If you really do legitimately have 9600 in your paypal account and the paypal account is legitimately owned by you, then you can jump through the necessary hoops. Either buy an amazon code from gyft.com or get yourself a moneypak or something else that isn't reversible. Showing us your account(s) via skype means nothing. Just because you have the passwords doesn't mean you own the accounts. Passwords are EASILY obtainable via phishing attacks. I could phish theymos's paypal account password and then create a facebook page pretending to be him if I wanted to. Still doesn't mean I'm theymos. That's why it means nothing, especially when there's almost $10k on the line.

not looking to do the extra stuff. simply looking to consistently offload elance project funds for btc. simple as that.

PayPal is considered high-risk, how can one validate your PayPal (login) is not hacked, or you'd initiate a charge-back or an unauthorized payment later via PayPal.

I'd say if anyone wants to risk this, they could possibly put BTC in their comments and in that way PayPal won't reverse it, but then you also risk PayPal reversing it cause it is an eCurrency.

In respect of the OP, change your payment method, go buy MoneyPak but then that is only a $500 Limit. You could try WU instead, I would say these are more your only choices unfortunately.

buying an amazon code with paypal via gyft.com takes literally 2 minutes. If you can't take the time to do that, nobody here can take the time to sell you 16 BTC. Paypal is reversible, which means the risk is all on us if we decide to accept it. Until you've gained at least some bit of trust here, that's just the way it is. Simple as that.

Its very hard to exchange here on this forum you can try on virewox site may be its works for you because you are new and no member going to trade with you

Nah, he can't buy that much on Virwox, they have low limit on Bitcoins.

Better for him if he try on LBC, may be his luck work there.
Just because of this I already suggest him for bringing some other methods like Vanilla road or MoneyPack then he can gain some trust
