Hi again yodog!

Would you be alright with me buying 6 bitcoins off of you? Sorry for the small amount, I just wanted to purchase a VPS
I live in Vancouver though, near Playland! But you live in Surrey... Where would be most convenient for you to meet me?

oh, and my cell number is 604 961 6179. Feel free to send me a text whenever!
Thank you!

You guys need to stop falling for these obvious scams.  He is most likely on to the next username looking for more victims.

I agree.  I knew the risks and ignored them.  At first glance it looked like he was running a legitimate business, but obviously he's a failure.  First time I've been scammed with bitcoins after probably a hundred trades over the last year.

I'm afraid people only learn this lesson through experience. Me included, though no bad experiences with bitcoin yet.

I have been scammed by this user as well. I sold him BTC in exchange for $106, which he has disputed. I can provide a screenshot to a moderator if necessary.

If your screenshot is as good as the scan of your photo ID...  Roll Eyes

Can't forum mod/admins look at user's IP addresses?

No information is shared through PP especially if payment is as gift. Only the first and last name as well as e-mail, and you can't do much with that. Additionally when large amounts are transferred suspiciously the CC or bank calls the owner of the card and asks about it from there the owner files a report.

Guys from my experiences he probably use a STOLEN FRAUDULENT Paypal. Meaning someone was phished and an innocent person may be facing credit ruin and a severe loss of funds. This is why I stopped using paypal, if I take the money an innocent someone out there has gotten ripped off, if I don't I suffer damages. ALWAYS ASK FOR PHOTO ID BEFORE PAYPAL TRANSACTIONS.

According to PayPal, that is not true.  They stated that you made a claim that the funds were sent without your authorization.  I would like to be refunded my BTC and I will release the claim and return your PayPal funds.

What I wanted to hear.
You guys got scammed.
Hopefully Paypal won't believe the unauthorized access and give you your funds back.
99% of the time I had some smartass try to pull that trick on me it never worked.
The couple times it worked I got fucked because I had to give the money back and pay $10 or $12 to VISA for chargeback processing fees  Undecided

agghh, I'm sorry you guys. Paypal is holding all of the funds of my recent transactions and is requesting that I provide identification.
I'm going to have this resolved as quickly as I can.

They couldn't have associated the transactions with BTC though. I never mentioned that in any of my transactions.

I just received a reversal by Paypal this morning

I'm waiting to see if the OP will respond to PM's, i'll update if he does.

UPDATE:

Received a response from the OP and he is taking care of the problem.

What reason did Paypal give you for the reversal? Item not as described, Item not received, Unauthorized payment... Or was it paypal themselves that reversed it because the OP is sending gifts as a madman to people around the world because of his BTC buying frenzy in the last days?

I'm in the need of another 20 BTC, and I'm wondering if anyone would be alright with selling me a few for Paypal USD at a rate of $5.60/BTC.

I successfully purchased my first 20 BTC using Paypal just yesterday, so again, I am completely willing to pay first given that you are a reputable member.

We can talk over Skype or over PMs. Let me know what you prefer, it's up to you.

Thanks!
