Hi, I bought a bitcoin from virwox for 200GBP = 300USD.

$300 per bitcoin at the current rate is pretty high.

I'm curious, where'd you buy it?  Huh

Maybe virwox?

I agree. I think a spike well over $300 is in the cards pretty soon!

Obviously, $300 is high at this moment. But a few weeks ago nobody knew the price would drop.
I would say that your still in good shape. You should wait for the price to rise again.

As per your circumstances , that was a good enough deal  , don't freak over the price , it keeps taking dip and height's.

if you dont have an option to pay through bank exchange, then $300 for 1 btc is not bigger.  Because you need it and you dont have any other option, then buy it from any where from those who are accepting your offers.  But I think you can but any other currency for lesser than this, and exchange it for BTC may be a good option.  Any way welcome to the BTC world....

Localbitcoins is present in a lot of countries but not all countries. When it is not present, you can probably get in contact with people having bitcoins and buy them for a 10% premium.

Purchasing $50,000 worth today. Wish me luck Smiley

I will wish you luck if you bought them at $300  Wink

Nice move 50 000$ is almost 200 BTC!

Hi, I bought a bitcoin from virwox for 200GBP = 300USD. Was this a good price? I could only buy it off virwox because on localbitcoins prices for one bitcoin were £172 and virwox was only £28 more and I don't have online banking? Did I buy at a good price or was it too high?
its definitely, an expensive price, but looks like you got lucky with the price going up .
Bets to use an exchange site like localbitcoins to rather buy one than waste so much on the fees.

When the price reachs 300$ he will be even instead of being up if he bought at market price

If you want to speculate on price then you need to wait until it will become a "good" price to sell.
Today seems to be good day, will see tomorrow.

It was a very high price. You should try and get some face to face transactions at localbitcoins . Other than that, just get a bank account.
Will be useful for you in the long run.
