Btc-e and Bitstamp are already working I think, Coinbase for US based?, Circle is quite new and don't know allot about it.

Coinbase has recently started doing businesses in 18 European countries. https://www.coinbase.com/global

I'am also interessted if there is any website to buy using Paypal maybe ? or MasterCard

You may try Virwox to buy bitcoin with Paypal.

Any idea about the rates ? 1:1 ?

You mean depositing your Paypal balance in Virowx? If so, yes, but there are a deposit fee and exchange fees.
Please read https://www.virwox.com/help.php#_Fees for the details.

Nice , very helpful , thank you so much mate

Localbitcoins  (choose carefully though since it's a trader to trader platform)
Circle (not sure about these)
btc-e (had some issues about transactions so do your own check)
bitstamp (not sure if they take wire transfers or just SEPA transactions)

I think some are:
- Circle

Just took a look at this and signed up with them. Seems pretty simple compared to the others. Maybe a bit too simple. They're basically validating you via your Visa/Master Card. Not sure how Circle would trust that one from of validation knowing how easy it is to counterfeit or "fake" those cards. Great if you're buying bitcoins and scam the system but shouldn't Circle be more cautious about this?

circle is on top now, but use it to just buy and send to your addresses only
never keep bitcoins online on some website

I agree but you can only use US credit and debit cards currently, I think they are working on partnering with European banks also to open this up globally.

I can only recommend kraken as I have only used them for buying bitcoins. They are definitely faster than bitstamp and with low withdrawal fees.

There is a huge list for that , but recently I joined circle nd I'll say it good.
 Localbitcoins is good option
 BTC-e
- Cryptsy

If you can mention your country that might help.

craptsy cryptsy has some problems with withdraws.

At leas it is what people say:

Yep I heard that too, I have been trying to steer clear of this exchange for a while.
