I see, but I had many time traded on almost 99% with some traders via Paypal. So there can be sellers
Give me at least one way how to get BTC with Paypal with not additional 5-30% fees and I am all in . The point of my topic is to get BTC with Paypal without loosing my money on commission.
It's simply not possible. Just look at any P2P marketplace, start with localbitcoins. Anyone selling Bitcoin for Paypal takes no less than 10% Preev, simply because of the risk of chargeback. Want to buy a lot more and you'll eat up those orders quickly, and the rates go up quickly 15% and above. In fact, look at LBC and the only guy selling more than 1k EUR is asking for 40%.
Far as anyone's concerned, $100 is an easy chargeback, and can happen months after the trade, long after escrow is released.
The higher your reputation, the lower the rate. But a newbie with no established trade history, no feedback? You'd not find anyone even at 30%. It's not so much a commission as it is a partial insurance.

Is it new kind of scam or what is the problem?? Go to bestexchange, chose the exchange accepting paypal and just buy

I am not scammer I just look for fair deal.
Just a little advice, you will still be looking after a couple of months, for newbies and paypal I believe that only scammers would bother with it.
