You will know the best exchange if you try them all but if your basis is the analysis by other member you cant distinguish the best exchange to buy bitcoin. There are many exchange that you can used and they are all good to buy bitcoin but i recommend your localbitcoin exchange in your country.
The problem now is that the OP is not even looking for best exchanges in the literal sense, he is looking for exchanges he can get coin at the cheapest value when he should rather be looking for best exchanges to buy them from. Cheap coins depends on the price they all are at the present moment and how the community perceive the coin, and he should just do research to know he is buying the coin at a cheap price on bittrex, poloniex or binance and he will be fine.

If you are looking for the cheapest price try to look for someone near your place who's in need for cash and is willing to sell his bitcoins for it. Here in my country, P2P trade is very common and the prices was even lesser than exchanges. There are exchanges (local) who are confident with their service and is trusted to buy bitcoins and its convenient to the buyers. Try to check it if there's one on your place as I'm sure as bitcoin is getting more popular there must be one in your country.
I wish there is something like this in my place; it would have been so easy to be doing arbitrage locally. Grin Buy from the locals, sell on exchanges and get some profit, go back to buy and keep doing that until you buy everything from them. I am sure at some point, they would have been wondering what was going on. Most people here already know a lot about bitcoin, and would rather sell at exchange prices than give you lesser.

Thats true, its hard to tell if exchanges are good cause I think every exchanges experiencing some problem. Start with one exchange and focus on which coin that is good to buy later on you will realize you’re on the right place to execute trades.

What are you talking about, because there are no such opportunities anywhere and in any country. This is if you take the United States of America or Japan, if possible The user of the crypto currency is quite broad. But this does not apply to Korea or China, as well as to other Asian countries.

It will still depend upon to you, if that exchanger is running better in your place and try to pick a exchanger that is trusted.
But before buying you should check first the coin you will gonna buy, read all the information about it.
Then buy it when it is low and wait, be patient because your profit is on the way to you soon.
Most local exchanges will not even have what he is looking for. The most important thing in buying cheap coins is to understand the present trend and then knowing how undervalued some of the coins are. Then if he has fiat, he should look for a way to convert them into bitcoin from any of the local exchanges like you have said, and then use bittrex or binance to buy any of those coins that he considers cheap.

I would advise him to just stick to bitcoin anyway since he does not have any knowledge about any coin or token, unless he is willing to do some research.

Where can I buy some coins with the cheapest price? Too many exchanger & trading sites out there, you don't know which is the best one.

Coinbase i think and I just wanted to help or add some suggestion. Use the old method called the buy low and sell high. Most of the traders including me using this method. And back to topic there is many scam coin and coin exchanger to. So spread awareness and careful , be wise to avoid scammers.
How many coins will he see on coinbase? I guess what this guy is asking is an exchange to trade and honestly, he does not sound like someone who is even ready.

If he is really looking for coins, why not open a bittrex or a poloniex account and then find the coins he wants to buy there and also do some research first before buying them. I am sure he is looking for different altcoins to buy and we both know coinbase will not offer him that.

I prefer use Binance because its easy to trade and Theres alot of cheap coins. For me the best exchange is Binance because its mobile friendly and fast trade and has low fees.

I think with Binance, you can buy in smaller amounts as compared with the other exchanges which require a large minimum. There are many users and traders in Binance so I think as compare to other trading sites, Binance is a fairly good one. As for the price, I think it's going to be hard to determine which one offers the cheapest ones since the price of coins are very volatile anyway. Perhaps you should just wait for a dip to happen to attain coins at a very low price. It's better to go for a secure trading or exchange site than one which may be questionable but has offers low prices. Your money is in hand here and you may lose money just because you were after low prices.

Check out the mint token at https://incremint.io/
It's a new ICO that offers protection to token buyers through decentralized escrow. This concept is definitely needed in an ICO space where so many have been burned by scammers, take a look.

Did not he ask for a cheap coin, he did not ask about ICO.
You should read more carefully, only suggestions and this is a form of friendship for this forum to be better.  Smiley

Try to use the bigger exchanges as possible like poloniex, Bittrex, and binance. But, smaller coins are not in those exchanges.
It actually depends on his definition of smaller coins. There are smaller coins in those exchanges you have mentioned if he is referring to smaller in the literal meaning. What I will only say is he should be careful of the coins he ends up buying. If he is looking at stashing up coins based on quantity and not quality, then he will have himself to blame in the long run. Hopefully he understands what I am referring to before he ends up bag holding coins that ends up shitty.

Before usi8ng any of the trading exchange in order to buy any of the crypto coin, you need to be sure that you are at the right place and that you are not going to lose your money. Bittrex is the most commonly used trading exchange and is one of the most favorite trading exchange as well. You need to seek guidance from the experts as well in order to avoid any kind of mishap in the future.

Before going for buying of any kind of the crypto coins which are there in the world of crypto currencies, the most important thing you need to do is that you need to study well not only regarding that particular coin which you want to buy but also, regarding the trading exchange and the buying method which you need to follow in order to buy that coin. Do not make any kind of decision until and unless you are pretty much sure that you are making the right decision.

It is very difficult to say where you will get cheapest rate of coin. You have to scrutinizing different exchanger and can check same coin price. You can also get help from coin market cap where you will see in how many exchanger the same coin exchanging.
It also depends a lot on your country where you live, because there are countries in which there is a ban on the trading of the bitcoin so people from those country use the international accounts to invest into these currencies, I think the best way about knowing this is to discuss it with your fellow country men and ask them about their reviews before making your mind. At least by this you can easily shortlist some best exchanges working in your area.
It does not even depend on his country. All he would need is to get either bitcoin or Ethereum, hit an exchange like binance or bittrex, buy the coins of his choice based on his research. Why is he looking for the cheapest on different exchanges as every coin on each exchange are almost about the same value ?

My only advice would be for him to do a proper research of any coin he wants to hold, go to those exchanges I mentioned above and then buy them with bitcoin or Ethereum.
Choice of the right coin to buy and the choice of the right trading exchange in order to buy that particular crypto coin is no doubt very much important thing and most of the time, these are the things which play a key role in deciding the amount of money which you will be making after sometime. You need to be sure that you are investing in such kind of coin which will then help you in making more money too.
