It’s unethical to be honest for a startup company to pay for fake reviews. In order to succeed, taking shortcuts isn’t the right strategy at all.

like that's what happens to new apps with bad intentions. I've seen several posts on social media that are the same as this one. a new project that makes an app and makes a giveaway for those who want to give a positive review and 5/5 stars.
I wouldn't say this method is not done by most of the other new projects. but clearly, this is the wrong way to build their reputation. unless the project was planned to be a scam from the start.

Buying fake reviews for a new site will backfire and it will not establish the site's reputation worse is when someone you paid is not satisfied and
betray you by posting that he got pas for fake reviews

Quote
It’s better to have organic reviews from real customers. Every business has risks, but not in the wrong way like buying fake reviews and testimonials. It’s better for you to ask anyone who is available to try your service.
I prefer one true positive feedback to 10 fake reviews, site owner should be open to criticism the most important is you can address the issue and improve from these criticisms.

Your client will trust you if you're honest and open to criticism you cannot improve your service when you're getting fake reviews.

Maybe choose a few to test out your product for free in exchange for an honest and genuine review. Although it’s challenging at first, but it’s really worth it in the end. Hadrwork pays off, not taking shortcuts. Just saying.

There was a time DuckDice.io was offering $5 for each good review. Their moderators were asking their players to write a review via PM. They were offering $5. When a few players leaked this matter on Bitcointalk, they stopped doing this. Not only Duckdice, but many other websites did that in the past. So, I am not surprised at all. But, This is undoubtedly a red flag.

It's understandable if it is an open review where you will give positive or negative reviews based on your experience on the site, but stating that they only pay for positive reviews only gives the impression that they are not really confident in the service of a project that they are offering and only meant to deceive people about their service.

I don't trust projects paying people to give positive reviews even if they are not customers.

The people who scam are people like shashan who become internet detetives and try to build their reputation for years  then try to extrost users  for millions of dollars. you could see it on VOD case.

This shashan is same shit.

You're out of your mind for assuming something that it's not, there are a lot of detectives here, and members building their reputation, does this means these members will eventually become scammers in the future, is it because of one example you've set as an example, you're the one who has the intention of scamming with your outrageous and unrealistic offers, I'm not defending Shashan but it also applies to people who you accuse of wrongdoing when you are the one guilty of it.
There is no reason to provide an argument to this person as the person is a prior scammer who tried to buy fake reviews and once it is caught the person is trying to say me a future scammer. Also, there is another thing is that the person tried to say all the Pakistani people are scammers though s/he does not know that I am not Pakistani.

You created this thread after almost two weeks from the creation of that thread which made me confused about what actually happened.
I usually stay busy and I usually do not check newly created topics. I only open those topics as well as those replies which I get notifications on my email. Right now I have 73 emails from the forum which I have not yet read so I may reply/engage with those posts when I will read them from my email. Hope you got the reason.
Note: Personally, I do not know the accused person and I have never talked with him/her.
the biggest companies buy review me too is good and bring me more money.
Buying positive reviews means those who will create the reviews are not aware of the business and also they may provide wrong information. The reviews are fake but the potential customer may not be aware of the fake reviews.

just like what NeuroticFish have said, you(@dhru9) should ask for an honest review instead of asking for "good reviews". this is probably why shasan posted this thread in the first place.

anyway, I think this thread would be more appropriate if it was moved to the reputation board instead of here in the scam accusation board.

I don't mind of this thread and didn't bump it since 4 September.if this guy wants to be a good cup of the forum and give a bad rep to people.forum. and people praise his sloppy work.
.. I am against scams even if they can make me filthy amounts of my money.

In the other hand history show that these internet scam detectives then to be manipulators scammers. I don't need anthing from this forum.

I just figure that I don't have to buy revies I ve thousands of customers and only y message old customer to leave reviews they do it.

Is it about coinriders? I've seen somewhere that your site is up for sale.
I don't understand what you expect by paying high enough for each trustpilot review, some people don't trust the site as a rating reference. I think you have received quite a positive response since you announced your service.

No I have other businesses except coinriders this site is not interesting for me anymore.

Maybe he just discovered the ANN later. It shouldn't stop him from creating an accusation about it.

the biggest companies buy review me too is good and bring me more money.
The buy reviews? Like "Hey @dhru9, I will give you $10 if you make a positive review about our service"?
It sounds stupid, dishonest and you know it.

and i will continue to buy more reviews for my busienss.
Continue... your reputation and that of the service you are trying to add more fake reviews will have their reputation spiral down pretty fast.

As it was said in your topic, you should have been asking for honest reviews, not for good reviews.
Asking for honest reviews is OK and if people are paid for it they may be rather positive anyway.
Asking for positive reviews is shady and can easily get to scams, hence I agree with OP's tag.

I just figure that I don't have to buy revies I ve thousands of customers and only y message old customer to leave reviews they do it.

This is something you should have done from start.

That is how it supposed to be done. Reviews and surveys should be done by people that have make use of your site very well, they are the ones that know the excellent review they can give. Any reputed site can do that.

Unfortunately, you are right! Many big companies do it too and it will certainly bring you more customers/money. But don't you think this practice is unethical and a bit deceiving, even if you run a legit and good service?
If your services are good enough then you don't need to buy reviews, just give it some time and your satisfied customers will leave positive feedbacks for free.

No one is stopping you from paying for review,  but you are approaching it in the wrong manner. It could be that you need professional advice about this in order not to totally ruin your reputation in this forum. I will give you some hint even if you didn't pay for it, giving freely is the mutual advantage of this forum.

You don't need to be specific that you need a positive review, it is unethical and a dishonest behaviour. Just state that you need a site review, and you are paying $5 for each review. Once there is payment involved, the reviewers will automatically be biased and review in your favour. That is how things work. They won't take your money and drop bad reviews.
Keeping the review neutral will also attract more reviewers and sound minds. No one will leave you a bad or negative review, the worse scenario will be a criticism which will further enhance your growth.
Tbh, the type of review your are requesting will not give your company room for growth, it will massage your ego or reputation and the words of insincerity will be so much misleading.

A lot of people here is doing this shit for years. If I'm correct, there are a lot of forum members who have been in this, and of course, there are reputed users who have written reviews for $5. I personally believe that it's dishonesty. But I don't think it's hated that much here.
Offtopic- You created this thread after almost two weeks from the creation of that thread which made me confused about what actually happened.
It is different from make use of my website, review it and I will pay certain amount of money. That is what I have noticed on service board that people do not against. But just paying for people without anyone of them making use of the website (and many even do not know how to check if a website is fake or not), that is a means scam can be promoted, because even people that do not go through the site to be fake or legit would have positive review of the site which might be used to illicit scam. I do not like this idea, but because it is not related to this forum directly, I do not see giving negative feedback to be appropriate, but that is just my opinion.
