I think buying 30,000 XRP with 0.5 BTC is appropriate because you can keep 0.5BTC as a long-lasting coin, and I think BTC is more valuable!
I think it depends on you if you want all in to XRP then you should be able to apply long-term trading because XRP price increase is very long and you better buy some of it after that you share it to buy other coin.
now everything is in the market. so you will definitely earn money from it, but when it is not known. When the bull market arrives, the XRP will already multiply itself.
I have already told a hundred times to different traders and investors - do not exchange your bitcoins for other alts and shitcoins. This is foolish and in the future you will regret that you did it.
Specially when bitcoin is bullish and people are in fomo for only btc , we are facing same thing right now . mostly people dumping alts for btc as people are expecting ETF . alts may dump more .
However i will not suggest anyone to completely avoid all the alts because alts need just momentum to give you highest return because of less marketcap . but never ever invest in shit alts .

Buying 60,000 XRP for 1 BTC or 30,000 for 0.5 BTC
Ripple price is now $0.48 that means you can buy 15,480 XRP for 1 BTC. But i suggest not to buy that much altcoin at the moment.
I like everything in this coin, except that it is not decentralized! I think that it's dangerous to invest big money in non-decentralized coins, as such investment looks like as a casino! IMHO
I think you should buy it with 0.5 BTC and use the remaining to buy another coin, don't put all eggs in one basket!
I would never buy XRP. I know a lot of people who lost so much money with XRP. I just don't believe it. It is just a waste of time and money on this project.
Compared to the time you created the article in 2013, the current XRP is very potential crypto, XRP now is top 3 cryptos. And if this time if you read my reply and still want to invest in XRP then I suggest you invest 0.5 BTC because experience shows that do not put all your eggs in one basket. I recommend investing 0.5 BTC in XRP and 0.5 BTC in ETH.
You should select second one, it's because more options to more chance get profits. Although your calculation was wrong and you don't get 0.5 BTC =30,000 XRP.
You can buy XRP in crypto market. Now price is very low if you want to buy this coin after few days or few month you can get more money from this coin. I have also buy some XRP hold in this year if the crypto market will grow then i will sell.

I don't think xrp is the best buy. There are many other good coins. But I also bought but not a lot of 100 coins. But if you want to buy, then buy in the amount of 0.5 bitcoin.
Spend half the bitcoin on this coin. I think that the other half of bitcoin will benefit you more than ripple) The market does not let it growth at all

It's better not to buy Ripple at all. Unpromising currency. For all of its existence, such a small price
results for the s with a capital that is not how I chose the ripple. This coin is a small but very nice for the future especially endorsed by the increasingly advanced technology.
At a moment XRP 50 cents looks good deal i would sell it on its own previous high 2.5$ 5 times profits i got over 23k!
