Why don't you just exchange your USD to BTC, and then BTC to ZCash instead of paying so much over spot for your coins?

Also I'm sure people would like to know what payment processor you are using for your USD transactions. Is it perfectmoney, paypal, or western union?

yeah and its good to prevent illegal transaction

Transition would be quick & seamless.[/color]  Smiley

so all bitcoin users' money would go up in smoke? that wipes out almost every existing crypto user. that also wipes out any possibility of the people who are vaguely interested in ever getting involved for fear of the same thing happening.

and if it looked like bitcoin was about to fail and there was a chance you could get out in time there wouldn't be a seamless transition. there's probably 1000th of the total supply of ltc for sale at any time and there'd be a point where no ltc seller would accept crappy old btc.

it would be over for a long time.

It wipes out no other user except BTC, the other marketcaps would be intact and probably increase,
there were many attempts at crypto before BTC that failed utterly, did not stop the current ecosystem from being formed.

This pitiful if BTC fails, we all fail is ridiculous and ignorant, Many Brands die throughout history and the evolution continues.
The Model T Car failed and was replaced by other newer car designs, thinking this will not happen to BTC shows a naively that borders on insanity.

It is this almost religious faith in an outdated crypto called BTC, that I find the most disconcerting.
BTC is old and slow and too expensive to run and already hitting transactions limits.
Bitantic days are numbered, only the foolish can't see that.

In other words, one day it will be said ,
BTC is Dead , Long Live the New Crypto that replaced it,
And Life goes on,   Smiley

Be funny , if BTC price tanks, and zcash price soars to the top of coinmarketcap, be interesting to see if everyone starts calling BTC an alt coin.  Cheesy

If that actually happened, shortly thereafter the entire crypto market would implode and move entirely to gold and silver with Zcrash going down with it.

The original poster is probably also just some guy trying to pump the price.  Nobody on earth believes Zcash is worth even 1/100th of that right now.

But the same people believe BTC is worth between $700 to $1200.  Huh

I hate to break it to everyone, but crypto coins are out of the bag the eco system they created will never be destroyed.
Bitantic could disappear tomorrow and the only thing that would happen , is Litecoin would become the top coin.  Wink

Transition would be quick & seamless.

Gold & Silver used to be the standards, it is a step backwards that will never happen in a Techno Society that our world is becoming.
It is always a good hedge against a failing fiat , but for the majority of people that is it, no other value.

It is funny , people talk about how zcash is overpriced, yet the realization that BTC is overpriced by a factor of 10X eludes them.  Wink
(And once LTC gets a direct buy option on coinbase, we will see it's effect on BTC markets.)

you only have cash? then check out localbitcoins. there's usually options to deposit cash in bank accounts or meet face to face with a trader. you're likely to be paying a premium though.

Please let me know the amounts of zcash which you have available.
Hard to believe newbie want to buy zcash very high than market price. Why you like to buy this high as you can buy it directly from poloniex in much lower price.
