Hong Kong is one of the off shore financial center. What a shame that there is still no exchange in HK.

Because it is illegal... and if Alexmat gets caught... he will be doing a few years in a HK prison....

You need a money changers license and a securities license, even giving advice to 'friends' on stock can land you in Jail.....

Doing Bitcoin exchange in Hong Kong ISNT illegal, since Bitcoin isnt a currency. Which is not regulated by the HKMA (金管局)

PS: actually Alexmat could get yourself on https://localbitcoins.com to get some attention Cheesy

Hi, another Hong Konger here. Actually there is a way that we could buy Bitcoin with cash, which I've done for about 400HKD.

1: Go to 7-11, buy a Alipay(支付寶)deposit card 127HKD:100RMB, 100/200/500/1000
2: Enter the code to your account (Deposits are ONLY for purchases of Taobao/Tmall)
3: Go to Taobao and find the reseller (Link)

Person I dealt with: BTCChina(楊林科)fss_sosei

Above options both take an amount of fee, BTCChina 0.5% deposit fee+0.3% trading, fss_sosei take a bit more but not sure the exact value.

If the Bitcoin Price is going down in the future, I'll be willing to trade some with my red-packet money, with a new way - Face-to-face. Hope you will be selling at that time.
