dont understand with pan card what kind of verification you are doing i m ready to exchange but dont understand this verify thing dosent makes sense

We have to make sure that we know the people with whom we are dealing as per KYC norms. We have to make sure that we are transferring money to your account only and not any third party account. To meet this requirement we ask for copy of your PAN Card which we verify. Once your PAN Card is verified we will pay to the bank account owned by you and the name of bank account and name on PAN Card must match.
You can use two bank accounts as long as the name on accounts match with name on your PAN Card.
Getting verified is the first step of this trade, if that does not work, I am sorry we will not be able to do transaction with you.
