I thought bootstrap files were the blockchain, a huge file usually. That "bootstrap" file is the .conf file. I am still getting 0 movement with 9 connections present.
standard behavior of large coin holders to small coin holders..
it did not surprise
Seems like the plan is ... keep the current chain a secret until trade can be re-established with whomever has the coin at this point.
Trade away.
Release bootstrap for new chain.
Perhaps I am wrong.... but why is the new bootstrap being withheld?
Better yet -- why do I even need it? It should sync without it... but it doesn't
Oh, I know - go to discord... right?
Nope.
Nope nope nope nope nope.
yes, bootstrap is the blockchain, downloaded it without problems, synced wallet in less than 20 min,
already staking on new chain
enough with the FUD people.
actually, it was all pretty clear on discord...
they did it the more transparent way possible and people knew that exchanges would be closed before changing the chain.
people had time to chose if they wanted to send coins to exchange or keep them on the wallet.
there's a 25% tax to send from wallet to exchange.
well, simple as that
Coinexchange.io deposit and withdrawals are now online
good news
would love to know more about the plans on adding the coin to topia
heard about the 5 BTC fee they charge, but then this subject just fade away...
Someone may be playing games on your team if the top dev isn't involved because that "bootstrap" file was/is a config file that does not link to an active download of the blockchain. This much user feedback isn't FUD and can't be wrong. I have restored/updated over 6 wallets. I know that things happen and people make mistakes but seen this happen again and again with information posted here and now on the official website.
