Hi guys. Smiley
Because of reborn of Bytecoin, I decided to create a site for collecting and comparing CPU and GPU benchmark for it.
I've submitted details on this site: bytecoinz.ml
You can submit your details for CPU or GPU to help BCN Society.
We have Reddit group. It's a pleasure to join us Roll Eyes

Seems CPU mining coins are out dated.

X11 will be the hype soon.

What your prediction is based on?

Have started mining it a couple of days ago on a single PC (i7) but now I am able to mine on another 3 PCs (two i5 and i7 )

Should I install wallets on each machine or it is possible to mine to one already existed wallet?

I have the same issue. help, please.

1 wallet is enough.

Start mining from the daemon with "start_mining your_address number_of_threads" command where your_address is the address in your current wallet.

Thanks a lot for response. Finally get my cpus mining to my current wallet. So excited to mine coins.
Now as it's already a little left to mine I am thinking about buying bcn

I'm mining with minergate pool mostly. Even my shitty old Vaio laptop is making me around 100k a day. However, as they finally revealed the fees I might be switching to solo mining instead.

Dude, you'd better not to switch to solo mining if you have ''shitty old Vaio''
Cheesus is right about income provided with pool.  Just think about your decision better. You can always switch to solo mining.

Silly question but - have anyone with two similar cpus tried to compare solo and pool mining? Would be very interesting experiment I think.  Smiley

Switching from the pool with shitty Vaio is not a best idea. Pool provides you with a stable mediocre income and solo mining with your device is... questionable. Grin

Wut indeed...
Anyone explain the blue? my balance is zero, must be blocks under current Diff?
Anyone explain the red? is it because im not on Tor?

Blue speaks for itself. 2 people simultaniously found a block, you received 1st one and then the 2nd one, 2nd one added as alternative.

Don't know about the red tho.

maybe it's also somehow connected to the the alternative block. something about time.

Downloaded the beginners package from https://bytecoin.org/ ran it and entered passcode to create wallet.  I think its syncing but it started at block 0 :/ says 600+ days old though the time is reducing theres c:\projects\sorrybigbro\src error messages relating to p2p i think.  is this just because its not sync'd?  How do you start mning once it is, setgenerate true -1 as usual?

What is the most effective setup for BCN mining currently? I saw the the comparison but maybe someone came up with a better setup.

Can't answer your question. Tho can say one thing: single i5 is not a top setup Cheesy

Smiley Would love to hear from AMD users, as comparison sheet doesn't mention much of it.
