Fresh coin with an announcement thread full of techno babble and a promise of a completely illogical buy wall after the ico.
Buy wall didn't happen.
Coin crashed immediately and someone Made 19 BTC for doing nothing.
That "completely illogical buy wall" has been in place for every C-cex ico for months and months. This is the first time they didn't actually follow through with it. I think we have seen the last of C-cex icos, you'd have to be nuts to buy one now.
It may have happened before, that doesn't mean it makes sense.
People don't pay more than they need to for things, especially things that they have an insane amount of like a coin they just created and gave themselves a billion of.
