This is standard thing in new bitcoin version. Just wait some minutes and it will show up in blockchain explorer.

Yes, STS wallet has bug which does not allow to send certain amounts. Developers aware and we are waiting for fix from them. Meanwhile it's disabled on exchange.

there are obviouse some issues with withdrawing Stresscoin. This is really anoying if you have to wait every time until your withdrawn is handled manually. Is there a possibility to fix this soon. Out of 10 withdrawals 1 successful.

SMS works now but https://twitter.com/CryptoCurrEncyX/status/710657152344571906
Those companies never delivered high quality service for 2 years (they charge for SMS delivery but do not guarantee it delivered) so we had to get rid of SMS 2fa. Google Authenticator is best solution.
