in defi we trust
Yes, the dev is gone. We need a hero to take over.

This is the opportunity to send a message to the world that oil transactions can be done in crypto currency than fiat money. If you were interested in this cause and have the capability and marketing skills, this is your chance.

Who the hell would walk away from this that had enough ambition to start it in the first place?  This coin could be HUGE with the right people behind it!

1) Kid who run out of LSD or was sent to summer camps by parents
2) Scammer selling dreams

to your stations, man the pineapples!!!

Code:
chmod +x src/leveldb/build_detect_platform

hey is this related to the way linux unzips/untars etc ?

I think so. The file build_detect_platform needs to have execution permissions.

curious cos git zips it. i unzipped it in linux.
i might test unzipping it in osx, then see ..

i havent come across this problem before and i have created a bunch of daemons

i just went to compile the linux daemon.
it seems there is a problem with making libleveldb.a and libmemenv.a

i found the easy solution was copy/pasting the /src/leveldb folder from litecoin into opec.

what tomfoolery is this ??

Code:
chmod +x src/leveldb/build_detect_platform

Under 200 satoshis, officially dead.

now panic selling, good price to buy at. if the dev doesn't want this anymore how can someone take over.

anyone who sells now will make a big loss, does anyone know who we could take over from the dev if he has gone.

this coin could make big news, dollars for oil is a hot topic. saddam hussein wanted to trade oil in euros instead of the dollar, colonel gaddafi wanted to trade oil for the gold dinar instead of the dollar and look what happened. if we reach to the right places we would get a lot of popularity.

keep this thread alive with all your ideas.  Wink
As long as TipBot is alive this thread never gonna be dead nor the coin ! Tongue  Grin

If dev gone then people suppose to panic right ? Its natural ! If dev not there then coin dead ? Nope according to me as its when people panic coin get dead ! Still this coin has giving me lots of exchange opportunities right from the start ! Only LONG TERM holders got heavy lose ! Made around 0.8 btc without investment through OPC ! So its awsome for me Tongue ! By the way doge dev never used to talk to their investors until coin got high rankings !  Roll Eyes

i remember doge from the beginning and i don't remember even once the dev posting.

For sure, it takes a lot of time to develop these projects, but you still have to keep the community and investors informed. All it takes is a few seconds to give a quick update, regardless how busy they are. And times have changed since the doge days. There is a lot more competition..so good communication is essential for successful coins..to keep investors confident enough to hold, or else they just panic sell and on to the next coin.
