Perhaps this Coin could contribute to Charity - In this case - I would suggest OIL Clean Up when spillage occurs. Unlike a barrel of oil that can be used once (burned, rubber made from it, etc) OPEC Coins can be reused, so there's no need to have 1 OPEC Coin for every barrel of oil.
So if some arab sheikh sells 100,000 barrels of oil to BP for 100,000 OPC he can then go and spend his OPC to buy a new Rolls Royce (coz his previous Rolls Royce got its ashtray filled). Then a Rolls Royce company owner goes and spends his OPC on hookers. Then hookers spend their OPC at a BP gas station to buy cigarettes so BP got its OPC back and ready to buy more oil from sheikh! So as you can see same OPC coins reused many times when oil used once and gone!
