I do not understand! Where contains the information that the auction has ended? I do not see any publication! I see only your last message a day after my question!

The ending time for the auction was stated in the opening post:

...
This auction will end 10 days from the time of posting. Feel free to post inquiries if there are any uncertainties.

We're entering the final days on this auction.
Be still my beating heart, it's getting exciting now.  *YAWN*

I see you've been around this forum for a while, so do you not understand why people aren't flocking down your zipper to get the shitcoins you're offering?  It's because the only person who will end up enriched is you, sir.  And this is not a charity site, this is a site for capitalists of the most severe stripe.  I hope I've made my point clear.

Thank you for your inquiry. Those are excellent questions.

If I bid lets say 10000 @ 500 sat, but the total amount of c0c0 sold in auction will be less than 3M, should I pay 0.01BTC or 0.05BTC?
To make things fair and to increase everyone's chances of acquiring coins, in that scenario you would pay the 0.01BTC, so your bid would be your maximum bid. This means if anyone wants to acquire c0c0 they can place a quantity bid with a rate and the rates will affect priority if the sum of the c0c0 being bid for is 3M or more. If you bid 10000 @ 500 sat, then you would be assured 10000 c0c0 @ 100 sat until 3M are bid for past 100 sat. If someone (or a group) bid 3M @ 100 sat. you would still get your 10000 since you were in first and all the way up to 500. If someone were to then bid 3M @ 501 sat. you would lose. If someone were to bid 3M @ 400 sat. they would win 2,990,000 @ 400 and you would win 10000 @ 401.

Hopefully that has simplified matters and not made them more complex. Let me know if further explanations are needed.

And one more question - is the bidding public (I mean should the bid be posted here in the thread), or it is private (could be done in PM between you and the bidder)? I just want to understand whether bidder can see all the bids placed before his one, and bid accordingly, or everyone bid on his own, without having prior bidding history.. Hope my question (and my English) is clear... If not please let me know so I can try to explain better..
In the interest of transparency and fairness I have always had bids made public. This way there is no chance of a sudden "mysterious" bid, etc.
Ultimately my interest is in distributing coins in a method that is suitable for what I am trying to accomplish with c0fferC0in but also fair and beneficial to those who wish to participate.

If you have additional questions please let me know.

Good luck!

lol why wouldn't you take my money ?...
For the reasons mentioned above.

... i'm the one giving you money not vice versa...
I see what you did there. Wink
I would argue the opposite.

... and yes i can know the bidding format but no one's bidding.
If that is the case then your bid will be accepted after you provide proof of ownership for the 90,000 BTC.

Thank you for placing a first bid however it is unlikely that I would accept payment of that magnitude from a new account.

The bidding format is the quantity of c0c0 followed by the rate as stated in the original post.

Your posted bid is 3M c0c0 for 0.03BTC. According to that format you have offered 90,000 BTC for the 3M c0c0.

Even if your intended bid is 0.03 BTC total for the 3M c0c0 that is below the starting rate.

Also, it is not necessary to bid on the entire 3,000,000 coins. You can bid on any quantity you want with a minimum of 10000 up to the entire 3,000,000.

Thank you for reminding me that although there is lots of information available on this site and elsewhere about c0fferC0in it is still a good idea to also post information in the current thread that should not be assumed knowledge. My signature also has links to the main thread and website.

This auction is part of the distribution of the initial supply of c0fferC0ins.

c0fferC0in is used for gemstones. You can purchase gemstones right now in the c0ffer Gemstone store using c0c0 (and BTC).

Prices at YoBit have been going up and down but using the starting bid price as the example there are some incredible bargains that can be had as a result of winning coins in this auction.

For example:

There is a ruby at the store that is priced at 1,029,500 c0c0. Store pricing is fixed so the stone price will remain at 1,029,500 c0c0 without being changed by the market exchange rate of c0c0. The BTC price may change due to market pricing but the c0c0 price is fixed. (A more detailed post about this is here)

At the starting bid rate 1M c0c0 is approximately 1BTC. So a winning bid for 1M c0c0 could potentially buy a ruby worth over $2000 for around 1 BTC. This buying ratio is applicable to all gemstones sold in the c0ffer store.

This auction is very unique and offers great opportunities for those who are interested. You are essentially bidding on gemstones at wholesale prices and/or you are bidding on c0c0 for speculation into the future. The recent dip in BTC makes this even more interesting.

c0fferc0in is not like any other coin and this auction is not like any other auction.

Good luck!
