my guess is they deduct the payment fees from the withdrawal
if that fee means the payment to withdraw as much, because once cut withdraw the fee?

now since I'm with a wide-open account without a password, when the time is up how could I be sure that someone elso won't just typi in my details and withdraw it ti himself?

Now the transaction went through instantly. check those API's because you will lose a lot of trust this way

We have seen the issue, working on it as soon as possible. It seem coinpayments has given us error messages for processing withdrawals, since they are our API provider we are speaking with them and as soon as they respond they should be able to fix the problem.
