It's very pity that I can't download it on my PC((( It's too old and I can't play even on minimal. I'll go and cry to my Mom to buy me a new PC. I can't stay and wait till the next year because they promised that in 2021 they will buy me a PC. All my friends have performed PC's and they are playing  CALL OF DUTY Warzone with cod warzone hacks. You can't imagine how interesting it is. Really, it works perfectly on their PC's and it's very pleasant to play the COD. I hope that my parents love me and will buy soon a new PC for me.

Where can I find some more feedback?

that's very good, I hope games like pubg also get support from game developers and crypto so that they can top up using crypto. I think it will be effective, and for all online games you can use it too.

Sovryn - Brings DeFi to Bitcoin
I'm so happy to see this, millions of people around the world are playing this game and implementing crypto currency is cool, something that I've been dreaming about for a very long time now, imagine playing games and using crypto to upgrade weapons

Cool, I don't understand why so few companies accept cryptocurrency, they can sell crypto at the exchange rate and pay taxes, and it will be more convenient for users.

Lmao these shit-tier crypto journalists can't do basic fact-checking - there's no cryptocurrency here, "virtual currency" doesn't mean crypto or blockchain. This is just centralized in-game currency, the same that already exists in countless other games. Big gaming companies have zero interest in blockchain and crypto, it has no benefits for them, it creates more problems than it solves. No wonder that crypto market falls so easily if so much of it is built on lies like this article.

Personally, I am no longer surprised at such news. Now everyone will want to attract more customers to their product and different methods will be used for this, including blockchain and cryptocurrencies. All this is associated with large changes in international politics, economics and finance. More and more companies are moving away from accepting fiat money, and creating their own digital ones than making their offer unique and attractive.

It's unclear whether this cryptocurrency is actually based on blockchain tech, or if it's just a virtual currency as is quite common nowadays?

i got the same question in my head but btw do you visit the link ? i havent yet but the link should provide some details or you already visit them but still cant find answer to your question .

you are right that games have a common currency like for example gems  . you can earn them rarely or you can buy them using your prepaid load or other payment option such as credit card  , paypal , etc  . but maybe they are using some kind of crypto related currency and only be relaodable via crypto transaction too .

The game peaked to 6 million players within 24 hours. It's more of a hype and I think a game changer which will replace PUBG soon.
I just don't under the concept of "virtual currency". It's same as ingame money or gold.

Is this 💯 legit news? I tried to find such news using Google search but no luck so far, how legit is this news ? It seems it's upcoming, not something that's already up and running

Is this a news? I mean as long as it is not a blockchain based virtual currency, almost ALL games have a currency don't they?
I mean World of Warcraft has been around for maybe close to 20 years now and they have their own currency, every single game has a currency. It is titled either gold, coins, diamonds, tokens, tickets or whatever you want, everything is basically a money form in these games.

I do not see this as a thing that is news worthy if they are not using a cryptocurrency just made for this game. Now THAT would be awesome, you would literally have a crypto currency that you can only earn by playing and you can sell it to make money, people could either earn it or they could simply buy it from you or directly from the game owners, basically all a new economy based around a game.

It's unclear whether this cryptocurrency is actually based on blockchain tech, or if it's just a virtual currency as is quite common nowadays?

Searching online, I can't find any information about which platform the token is launched on, or if it even has a decentralized ledger behind it?

Seems like this would be the most important information, but its completely omitted.

The gaming industry is taking an entirely new dimension, we see lots of new blockchain based gaming platforms emerged with lots of proposed Usecases of taking the gaming industry to the next level, it is undeniable that these platforms have not been able to produce something worth mainstream adoption by gamers out there, i think the way forward is to make positive partnerships and collaboration with already functioning video gaming brands so that they will incorporate their blockchain algorithms and use cryptocurrencies as the virtual currency to run the entire ecosystem of such games

This is what I'm waiting for, I'm a gamer and behind that I'm also a crypto fan. indeed what I have been waiting for is the famous video game industry for adopting blockchain as purchasing items in it. COD mobile is not as popular as PUBG, but the game has many fans. with this news the positive impact is that people are more familiar with crypto widely and for gamers who don't know crypto will definitely find out about "crypto". maybe my assumption will be to make a stable coin.

Bitcoin FTW!
Yep, the article seems to be grabbing at extremely thin straws to me as most online games have at least some sort of digital in-game currency that is used, especially in mobile ones. Nothing new, and it just doesn't seem to even relate much to any sort of blockchain at all to me with what's been written in this article; it just seems to be a digital currency.

It is not a currency, it is just a buzzword for loyalty points, nothing else. Why they didn't choose already working cryptocurrencies like EnjinCoin? That would bring more trust to the game.  Smiley

A well built gaming platform working with a virtual currency is certainly a good thing. It may or may not be directly a blockchain based crypto but with the ability to transfer it from user to user, it could easily be traded with popular crypto and hence decentralizing the market. It would be even satisfying if they used a real transactable crypto that could be integrated on exchanges.

I have experience with gamers and I have experience with crypto people. I can tell you now that gamers are not holders and not adopters of new money technology,,, unless it helps them buy games and get better gear and whatever.

For them you can give them 10x virtual currency, 10 x crypto and they do not care. They will never have a private key wallet, they only want everything in game.

Yes but we can still consider them as crypto users which purchase coins in order to supply their in game needs. I am not agree that they cant be both, most of the cryto peeps that I know are all gamers and they are also into trading. I guess its up to person like. I am a gamer as well, and having pursue what COD might be ( if related to blockchain) is a cool and good for me. I have a PK, by the way.

Maybe this is just a trying phase to see how the incorporation of crypto will work on this game, there is nothing serious yet because the currency in question is not that which is known yet, but i do think it is good thing to be able to use digital currency to buy in-game items, this will help such gamers in countries who can not access the online stores using their local currency in some games because of country restriction, good thing cryptocurrency don't have such restriction,
to me this will foster adoption of crypto even more quicker whenever they decided to make use of well known crypto.
